We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful cottage in Totnes. Its location just off the High Street was perfect for popping out in the morning to grab a coffee and explore the town. We were a little concerned about parking before we arrived, but it turned out not to be an issue at all. We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. Despite the time of year we had glorious weather; it seems to have it’s own micro climate which left us mostly sunny and dry whilst most other places had rain? “Fabulous little ‘find’ in the heart of Dartmouth above a wonderful cafe serving incredible breakfasts! The room was clean & functional with seaside memorabilia, paintings & a comfy king size bed & the coffee & tea making facilities were a pleasing extra! The bathroom was like a tardis with a huge shower & served its purpose for our stay!”

Our stay at Ritson Farm was amazing from start to finish. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of six adults and four children. There was lots to explore in the area, including gorgeous beaches and the Dart Country Park, but it was also nice to stay in the house and play games and make memories. We had the best time and will never forget our stay at Ritson Farm. Thank you.

What an amazing place, surpassed our expectations and this is the first time I have written that in a review. The accommodation was much bigger than expected and ideal for our group. The children and big adults loved the table tennis and darts board. Beds were comfy and it was stylish in the way it was kitted out. We loved it and highly recommend.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Higher Venice for my mother’s 60th Birthday. Plenty of room for us all as a party of 7 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs.
