We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate at Dartmouth Grove. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything well thought through with a local theme. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool, tennis court and gym all on site. “We have stayed in Boathouse Cottage several times and really can’t fault it. The accommodation is spacious, clean and perfectly located for the beach. The beach view from the upstairs window is amazing. The pub is a 2 min walk away and a farm shop is also within walking distance. Great flat with all necessary amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic location. The only issue is the parking, which I gather is not the owner’s fault but is a real issue to work around.
