My sister and I came with our two children for the half term. We wanted to get into the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth, without being in the middle. The house is in a great location, close to beaches/shops/local attractions. The house its self was perfect, plenty of space, well equipped and super cosy! Had a wonderful stay at this place in Dartmouth. Location was the standout. 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to parking and to the waterfront. Clean, well-stocked, and great communication from Paul. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

What an amazing Apartment and so close to the town, 1 minute walk. Lounge, kitchen/dining are perfect for two. Great facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom downstairs made the place feel a bit different and special. Great bath and shower doesn’t come much better. Would expect to pay more for this place!

Stunning location. The view is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Friendly cats, ducks, pigs, cows and sheep made this place extra special. Accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped.
