Ideal accommodation for music festival. Central location but away from street noise. Bunk room is rather small but beautifully formed. I stayed alone this visit but room have shared with a friend in the past during a biking tour. It was a lovely place to lay our heads. Fabulous setting right by the beach. Stargazy was very well equipped. Especially the kitchen. Beds, bathrooms and lounge were excellent. Added bonus was lots of board games to play. Outside bar and bbq area was fun with wonderful views. Even managed a bbq as the weather was very good. Would definitely say again.

“Situated on the beach it was great to be able to pop back to the cottage – ideal when you have 2 kids and a dog! Local farm shop was fab for groceries and the Start Bay Inn was reliable for some nice evening food and drinks. Torcross is a beautiful place and the cottage allowed for an enjoyable and peaceful break”.

We had a wonderful three night stay at the Cartshed. Paul was very responsive and check in details were very well explained. We used what.three.words to easily find the location which I would recommend as the Cartshed is off the beaten track down some small Devon country lanes, although they were easy to navigate and we met minimal traffic. This place is nothing short of amazing! Beautifully clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Paul was super quick in responding when we had a problem with a blown fuse, so was sorted immediately 😀. The only thing that could make this any better would be a parking permit please. Dartmouth is a perfect place but parking is an absolute nightmare!

One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed in. Right from entering the appartment we felt at home – the nook in which the bed is is so cosy, the open kitchen makes it feel so homely.
