We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was beautiful and clean and in a very convenient location as the town centre was walking distance as well as other attractions such as the castle! The only thing was that parking was challenging as there is a road closure just outside the flat. Otherwise, perfect! Thank you

Apartment’s location is great, right in the heart of Dartmouth. Very easy booking and check in. We parked easily outside the flat to collect the park and ride permit and drop off luggage. A beautiful private house with a lovely garden for dog and children. Surrounded by high hedges you wouldn’t have known there were houses around at all. Many butterflies on the hedge in the back garden and we even had a pheasant arrive on the front lawn one day. We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

We had such a fantastic stay here – probably our favourite Devon spot to date – the kids loved staying at The Hen House, being right on the farm and being greeted by the sheep and getting to see the calves. The views!! Highly recommend this place – we stayed as 5 adult couples. Views are breathtaking, house is well equipped & clean. Great comms, easy to find. Location is perfect for walking into town and also quiet enough to chill on the balcony. We made good use of the BBQ and terraces. We’d definitely return – no one wanted to leave! What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view.
