We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home with the most beautiful surroundings overlooking the water and the steam train and is within walking distance of the shops. The house more than met expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. WiFi is installed and there are also a lot of games to entertain yourself with. It has our highest recommendations. We’d love to come back another day.

We had a great stay at the property which was ideal for our family and would happily return there. The location was brilliant for walking into town with excellent crabbing for the children to enjoy! The parking space was a huge bonus and as we were out of season and took a second car, free on road parking was easily accessible near by. So much to do in and around Dartmouth for all ages to have fun!

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, great location, no real traffic noise at night and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. A parking permit for the main car park in Dartmouth was provided by Paul which was much appreciated.

Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. Despite the time of year we had glorious weather; it seems to have it’s own micro climate which left us mostly sunny and dry whilst most other places had rain? This enabled the extended family to gather for evening meal…

Thoroughly enjoyable stay , so good I extended my stay. Location is perfect with great views and of course just above the the renowned Alf Resco cafe. I look forward to staying here again.
