We had such a fantastic stay here – probably our favourite Devon spot to date – the kids loved staying at The Hen House, being right on the farm and being greeted by the sheep and getting to see the calves. A fantastic stay. Beautiful views. Immaculate inside, and the Christmas Tree on arrival really made it special. Use of facilities such as the pool, kept the children busy. It was easy to find with lots to do around the area within driving distance. Would definitely return as ideal base to explore the area. Thank you.

Lovely place and we were helped by good weather. Facilities were good. We loved Dartmouth and Salcombe and the nearby Blackpool Sands had ample car parking and lots of space. The reason for a 4 star review not five was the last minute information that the outside space was in danger of stray golf balls and it would have been good to have that in the main spec. We had a 2 year old in party and it would have been good…

Stunning views of the river great location. Walkable to lots of shops and pubs and some fabulous eateries. Enjoyed the stay and the house was lovely and well equipped. Hosts were great and responded quickly to all queries.

This place is nothing short of amazing! Beautifully clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Paul was super quick in responding when we had a problem with a blown fuse, so was sorted immediately 😀. The only thing that could make this any better would be a parking permit please. Dartmouth is a perfect place but parking is an absolute nightmare!

“Had a really nice stay over Easter. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you’d need. Good parking right outside the property makes things easy. A bit of a climb from the town, but not too strenuous and helps to burn off the calories !! Great host, everything went very smoothly”.

Lovely place to stay. I became a regular at Seven Stars as it was really close. Convenient to everything. You do not need a car here. I even took the Tally Ho bus to Salcombe Beach.
