Super space to stay to play golf or explore the river Dart. Perfectly placed for easy trip to Dartmouth, Dittisham, Greenways or to the beaches. Would recommend the Sportsman’s Arms around the corner for meals and the Garden Centre Garden Time- not only really knowledgeable but super food (can recommend the breakfast) and service at both.

We had a great stay and would definitely go back! It’s a lovely, modern house with gorgeous views and is on a farm (so great for kids to see the tractors / cows / pigs in the mornings!). A friendly cat visited us all the time too. We’ve visited this property several times. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful especially if the weather is good. The living and bedroom accommodation is comfortable. The house is very close to the town with all it’s lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.

A great home, well suited to families. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs and had loads of space. The garden is huge and fantastic to play around, there is also a BBQ to use and lots of board games plus the table tennis table to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Longish walk to the beach but great location close to both Thurlestone and Batham Beaches.

Just finished a weekend with friends in Devon. The house was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could ever need. Fantastic location, very quiet and tranquil, plenty of great parking and very secure. Would 100% stay again!!
