We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. Amazing few days away to see in the new year! Place was spotless! Having a Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise! Enjoying the hot tub on a cold evening was great! The lodge was beautiful! A great place to stay if you’re wanting to explore Dartmouth! Only a 10 minute walk down into the centre. Lovely and clean, a great view of Dartmouth on the decking, super spacious bedrooms. Lots of stairs to climb to get inside, although we had a 6 month old baby and 3 year old with us and managed just fine.
