This is a great place to stay in the middle of Totnes restaurants and cafes. Despite the central location the place is really quiet and peaceful.

Pear Tree Lodge was so homely, with a stunning garden, peaceful and with comfy beds. It’s in a quiet location but very walkable and close to the estuary and Kingsbridge. The South Hams are stunning 🏝️ A little gem of a place. 💎

The Brambles was a nice residence for me in Devon. Paul and wife were at hand to help with any issues. The place is well kept. They showed me the local Tesco for food and pointed me to the bus service in the area saving me transport money. I highly recommend their place to others visiting this part of Devon. They offered me a complimentary bottle of wine which was really nice during the weekend. William

Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. “This is a gem, right in the centre of Dartmouth. Everything from start to finish was marvellous. Breakfast at Alfs was super good. This is a truly unique place. Next booking we hope to go for the Captains apartment at top of house. We highly recommend King Alf’s.”
