The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After wet beach walks we enjoyed warming up in front of the log burner watching a film. A really peaceful location and we felt right at home and comfortable straight away. Location was great for exploring neighbouring towns, beaches and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

“We stayed in Totnes for the weekend for a friend’s wedding a 15 minute drive away. The flat was beautifully decorated, clean and really welcoming. There was even a lovely speaker that we put music on so we could bop to music whilst getting ready. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Dart river … it is a central place for everything….the shops ….eateries….take aways and pubs! We enjoyed the ever changing views on the river ….we loved that you can take a ferry to Kingswear and lovely walks there too …..we wndt on a local walk to the castle and beyond all again wonderful breathtaking views and coastal paths galore…

Brambles annexe was easy to find, very quiet location and a nice little base to explore the local area from. The property is looked after by the lovely couple next door who popped by to check everything was ok. Fantastic place, great size and extremely well placed for the town, just a 1 minute walk. Bed and shower great and kitchen very well equipped. Very quite area and the parking permit is such a great addition. Only a 5 minute walk and spaces always available for us. You can park outside for an hour between 9am to 6pm.
