The position of the property was lovely although the road in front of the property was closed which made finding on sat nav.

Overall a v. good stay. Communicative in advance and nice accommodation in a great village. Rooms good, bathrooms great. If I had to give any constructive feedback then it would have been great to have some sort of coffee pod machine (personal preference). Also the house is on the warm side but there are good fans in every room.

Location is excellent but the room was smaller than I anticipated. I am a larger man and couldn’t get into the gap in the shower. Also the room was very warm. Just letting larger people know that maybe one of the other rooms in the property would be better suited. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was superb (one of the reasons I can’t get in the shower!).

Amazing house, perfect for our family trip. Access to the property is through a very narrow walled drive way which would not be suitable for all cars so bear this in mind. Great location just a short drive or bus trip to Dartmouth. 20 minute walk to Blackpool Sands beach or via the bus which is very quick. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer space.

The property is spotlessly clean and will decorated, with everything you need for a great stay away from home, including smart TV and radio for quiet nights in. This is a really nicely appointed flat with lovely bathrooms in a good location. A bonus was the proximity of the bus stop so we could get a bus to and from Dartmouth (and elsewhere if we’d wanted) without having to worry about parking. We had poor weather but had it been sunny the two balconies would have been delightful. An extremely pleasant stay.

Wonderful location, as it is accessed via a car park with a very short walk along a rivers edge & into a field – finding it in the dark was a challenge but another time it would be a breeze.
