The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

Our stay at Ritson Farm was amazing from start to finish. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of six adults and four children. There was lots to explore in the area, including gorgeous beaches and the Dart Country Park, but it was also nice to stay in the house and play games and make memories. We had the best time and will never forget our stay at Ritson Farm. Thank you.

We all had a lovely stay at this place in Dartmouth . The only negative is the garden furniture which could do with updating . The house really lovely and well equipped with everything you need .

I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain. We have just returned from a few days at the lodge in between Christmas and New Year. It was absolutely gorgeous , so cosy and in such a beautiful setting. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas as well. We really loved the log burner in the evenings, it’s clear that everything has been thought out carefully in the lodge. The beds are so comfortable and the decor absolutely lovely, we were sad to leave!

We were extremely happy with our booking. The home was fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a beautiful garden and sun terrace. No complaints from us at all. Good walking access to Kingsbridge, although up hill on the way back. The only thing I would say is the split level layout inside may be an issue to those with mobility issues. We loved it here and would love to come back.

Fantastic location and a beautiful sea view. Very comfortable beds and easy access to the beach and Start Bay Inn for food and drink. Great place to relax. Parking can be a bit of a juggle to get a free space but they do tend to turn over quickly so wasn’t a problem for us.
