Great little space for solos or couples. Within two minutes walk of most of the lower part of Dartmouth, loads of great pubs and cafes. The space itself is very quirky with hatches and hidden storage spaces, with lots of sea memorabilia without feeling cluttered or dusty. We loved our stay at Lower Deck, it was spotless, had everything we needed and was a short walk into Dartmouth town. The view from the property is stunning, and it’s such a peaceful spot which was perfect for our family getaway. Beds were very comfy and it was great having two bathrooms. We enjoyed an excellent stay at Solstice from start to finish. Great communication from our hosts throughout, excellent accommodation – from cleanliness, furnishings, equipment to comfort. In a great location with fab views of the Dart estuary. Even the parking was great as the seasonal restrictions didn’t kick in until after our stay finished!

Cider House is a beautiful and very clean house. Few meters away from it is a small green area with a few benches, trees and grass. Also there is pleace for barbecue. Front garden was secure for my dog witch was a bonus. Great communication with Poul and localization just few minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Devon! We had a great stay!

We had such a beautiful stay in Dartmouth. You felt at home the moment you walked in and the house has been beautifully decorated. The outdoor area is perfect for having dinner and watching the boats come and go. You are right in the heart of town and have everything you need on your doorstep. We had a lovely stay at The Apartment in Dartmouth. Everything was spotless, kitchen had everything you would need. Great location, everything is within walking distance & great places to eat. Would recommend taking the little boat that takes you to the castle & back. Definitely would stay again as also a great base to visit other places along the south Devon coast.
