A beautiful setting in Devon. The house sits on a gorgeous plot surrounded by rolling hills and a super garden. We had three families in the house, 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for us all to not feel on top of each other. Perfect if you need a bunk room to crash in the centre of Dartmouth. Ideal for sailors not wanting to stay on board, or for anyone wanting to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth. It is compact, but perfectly functional and perfectly located. Great breakfasts included downstairs at the wonderful Cafe Alfresco.

Amazing few days away to see in the new year! Place was spotless! Having a Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise! Enjoying the hot tub on a cold evening was great! The lodge was beautiful! This property has been finished to an extremely high standard and didn’t disappoint in any way. The views of Dartmouth are amazing and, being tucked away, is really quiet and secluded. The castle is only a short walk away as is the coastal path if you like walking. Dartmouth town is only 15mins or so by foot. I would certainly like to return in the future.
