Lower Heywood is well located, very close to beautiful views, shops and local restaurants. Out of season, if you’re lucky there is on street parking opposite which we benefitted from during our stay. The accommodation is well appointed with good quality fixtures and fittings and equipment. It is comfortable and warm. There is a stylish free standing bath as well as a good shower. We would definitely stay again.

Very communicative and helpful. This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in, was very clean and had everything we needed. Amazing view of Dartmouth and very unique interior for a special stay. We slept really well and found the space was even bigger than it looked on the listing too. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a fantastic stay here – probably our favourite Devon spot to date – the kids loved staying at The Hen House, being right on the farm and being greeted by the sheep and getting to see the calves. The space was perfect for us with 3 kids, very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tremorvah. The windows let in a lot of light and the views were beautiful. It was great watching the activity on the water. We were very impressed by the apartment, everything was of top quality and spotlessly clean, you couldn’t wish for more.
