The place was a great space! The kitchen was clean and it was lovely to have a big dining area as well as a comfortable living room to relax in. We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate at Dartmouth Grove. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything well thought through with a local theme. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool, tennis court and gym all on site. The Apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the shops and river. Parking permit for car park which is only 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Spotless clean and superbly equipped. Everything was provided in the kitchen, including a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. Superb mattress ensured a good night’s sleep. Great location, brilliant parking which is a real bonus in Kingsbridge. The garden is lovely with a nice balcony and furniture. Good information pack in the property and communication is good from the owner with clear check in and out instructions. A pleasant spacious property.

Nice accommodation. Bedrooms were snug but fine. Nice en suite to the master. Lovely views and hot tub. Great for golfers. Short drive to Dartmouth and surrounding areas.
