Fantastic house and location. All the beds were especially comfortable which is really important when you’re away from home. Having parking was a godsend. Brilliant location, only used the car once and used public transport a lot. Can’t recommend Dartmouth highly enough. One small negative was the lack of a nonstick frying pan, which would have made the experience even better than it was.

Excellent value for money for a short break to our mum’s birthplace Devon. Lodge was very comfortable with everything you need. Fab views and peaceful setting. Great selection of restaurants in Dartmouth. Would recommend Rockfish for fresh seafood and trips to both Blackpool and Slapton Sands which was the location of the tragic Exercise Tiger practice for D-Day landings. Beautiful location with wonderful views. Ideally situated with local amenities conveniently situated. Not easy for those with walking difficulties as there are steep steps down to the property. Does need some attention to the interior and exterior decoration as it is showing signs of wear. That aside this is a very nice home to enjoy whatever the weather with picture windows and rap around terraces

We had an amazing stay at Stargazy! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the views of the sea and Burgh Island were stunning. The attention to detail was so special and we loved the hamper full of tea, coffee, bread, milk and butter.
