This house, unassuming from the outside, is located in a quiet neighborhood, but its interior is charming and pleasant. A small welcome pack with coffee was in the kitchen. The top terrace invites you to relax and unwind, with a lovely view of the harbour and early morning sun. The second terrace is perfect for breakfast. Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.

Fantastic place, great size and extremely well placed for the town, just a 1 minute walk. Bed and shower great and kitchen very well equipped. Very quite area and the parking permit is such a great addition. Only a 5 minute walk and spaces always available for us. You can park outside for an hour between 9am to 6pm. Outside of these hours is fine. Dartmouth offers so much and we really enjoyed the local area. Booked…
