Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. Fantastic cottage right on the beach where you are able to watch the sunrise before braving the sea. Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.
