A beautiful private house with a lovely garden for dog and children. Surrounded by high hedges you wouldn’t have known there were houses around at all. Many butterflies on the hedge in the back garden and we even had a pheasant arrive on the front lawn one day. Great location, weather was a bit mixed when we stayed but with such a great view did not matter. Being able to step out straight into the beach was a joy having two energetic dogs. Nice pub short walk away.

Perfect venue for large family gathering – room choices were great. Immaculate presentation with all mod cons. Amazing views and location. Would advise travelling light as the steps down and up to the house are not for the faint hearted and there is no parking outside the property. All being said – we would definitely come back and stay – lovely!

We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

Great place – the garage parking is a rare thing and the views from the property are perfect. From watching the ferries, to the weather coming in, you can spend hours sitting in the bay windows quite happily! A very short walk into town as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and really comfy. It was a slightly longer hill walk than anticipated (plus the stairs) into and back from town and the parking was a bit tricky with a larger car but managable. The location was great. Book in advance for restaurants! We had a great stay. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay here! It’s a great location for wandering into town. We used it as a base to explore surrounding areas like salcombe. The kitchen is very well equipped which is always a bonus when cooking away from home. Thanks for a lovely stay!
