We had a lovely break in Kingswear, visiting local National Trust venues, a river trip on the Dart and meals out. The apartment was very spacious. The sitting room was light with comfortable seating and a magnificent view over the dart. We had a lovely few days in Kingswear Paul’s place is very comfortable, well equipped and clean There is so much to see and do within easy reach and the view across to the river to Dartmouth is absolutely stunning, you could never tire of looking at it, we even had a cruise ship anchor there for the day!

“This is a magical home with the most beautiful view of the sea entrance to Dartmouth. Couldn’t have asked for better weather in December waking up to blue skies and sunshine. The Brambles was a nice residence for me in Devon. Paul and wife were at hand to help with any issues. The place is well kept. They showed me the local Tesco for food and pointed me to the bus service in the area saving me transport money. I highly recommend their place to others visiting this part of Devon. They offered me a complimentary bottle of wine which was really nice during the weekend. William

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

The place is really comfortable and has plenty of space! The beds are comfortable and showers hot, and the kitchen fully equipped. The lounge is a lovely place to relax, and the view is breathtaking. The ferry for Dartmouth is a few minutes walk away, as are two lovely pubs! Walk to The Ship inn for a sing along to some sea shanties on a Thursday evening. I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain.
