A fabulous house in a beautiful location. It really did have a luxury feel. A very well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for cooking your own meals. Very comfortable beds and good showers. Our favourite thing was the balcony and the gorgeous view across the rooftops of Dartmouth down to the boats on the front. A gorgeous stay between all the places worth visiting in South Devon, and a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Totnes. Really peaceful, and a beautifully restored building. Best suited to those with a car as it is remote. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

We had an incredible stay, everything was perfect and the atmosphere in the apartment was great. It was super clean when we arrived, nothing at all to complain about.The view, the decor and lighting was amazing, so relaxing. Highly recommended.

Wonderful cabin, everything was perfect. Unfortunately I had emergency surgery the week prior to arriving which delayed our arrival date by a few days, but Paul was super accommodating and responsive to messages. The cabin was a great place to rest and recuperate surrounded by nature and with the comfiest bed and sofas imaginable, we were sorry to leave!

Lower Heywood is well located, very close to beautiful views, shops and local restaurants. Out of season, if you’re lucky there is on street parking opposite which we benefitted from during our stay. The accommodation is well appointed with good quality fixtures and fittings and equipment. It is comfortable and warm. There is a stylish free standing bath as well as a good shower. We would definitely stay again.

A great house for a un fussy large family stay… well equipped, plenty of rooms for all our needs (eating, playing games and chilling and plenty of loos!) Very pretty surroundings and not too far (if you drive!) from the lovely towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.
