Very communicative and helpful. This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in, was very clean and had everything we needed. Amazing view of Dartmouth and very unique interior for a special stay. We slept really well and found the space was even bigger than it looked on the listing too. Would definitely stay here again.

“Alf’s Rooms are simply fantastic. We stayed in the two B&B rooms and the studio flat. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had a wonderful bedroom. My mum stayed in the studio flat and it has great decor and a cool nautical theme. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Over Dartmouth, the river and you can see the sea.
You pop downstairs for the best breakfast in Dartmouth. Amazing service from all staff.”

We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. We had a lovely stay at this property in Dartmouth, the house was an ideal place for our family, being close to the town and having its own parking. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

Cedar House is a beautiful property with space for 8 people. Well fitted out with thoughtful touches. It is located in the lovely village of Stoke Fleming, with a great pub and Italian restaurant within a few minutes walk. The beautiful shingle beach at Blackpool Sands is about 15 mins walk on the coast path (fairly steep on the way back!)
