We had a lovely stay at the property as a family with 2 young children (5 and 1 years). The property is incredibly quiet and the neighbours on the farm were very friendly. There were toys, games and craft items available for the children. Great apartment in a lovely location. Lovely walks along the coast. Very dog friendly. Really nice swimming off the beach. Good food and drink at the pub in Torcross as well as the pub and beach cafe in Beesands.

We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.

Just a great cottage, superb views, spotlessly clean throughout, due to the storm things took a bashing , sadly the diversion through Kingsbridge was a major inconvenience. We loved the local pub great food and just a short stroll away, The bus service to the village and surrounding areas good, The rock fish in salcome just superb as they all are. Fantastic property,a home from home.Everything had been thought out well.Great amenities,everything you could wish for.Extremely clean. Very responsive host. At the top of a very steep hill which we knew,we did walk it but the bus runs very regularly too so not a problem. Very easy parking and check in.

Lovely, homely cabin in the woods. The whole place was well designed and thought out with attractive interiors. We only had breakfast in, so can’t comment on kitchen facilities really, but everything was spotless. The bathrooms had soft towels and were again very clean.
