Lovely, clean home with very comfortable beds. It’s located on a steep hill, but it offers beautiful views and is just a short, easy walk to the marina. We loved being so close to Dartmouth’s great boutique shops, cafes, and ice cream spots. Perfect for a family stay!

This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.

Very nice, larger property. Very peaceful and yet only just off the A381. Great location for exploring Dartmouth, Totnes, Salcombe. Debbie and Richard are friendly hosts.

Our weekend away in Dartmouth was very much enhanced by the very stylish (and clean!) Dart Loft. The location was perfect for exploring the town and river, and it was relatively straightforward to find somewhere to park while we unloaded the car. We’re already thinking about returning next year!

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Ritson Farm, there was plenty of room for 10 adults, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, the beds were very comfy and it was great having so many bathrooms with so many of us. Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

Ideal accommodation for music festival. Central location but away from street noise. Bunk room is rather small but beautifully formed. The Cartshed is in the most beautiful setting down a farm track with a stunning view, despite being near the house it has a little secluded garden space. It is well equipped and a very comfortable space with beautiful features and lovely decor. We very much enjoyed our stay.
