Location is excellent but the room was smaller than I anticipated. I am a larger man and couldn’t get into the gap in the shower. Also the room was very warm. Just letting larger people know that maybe one of the other rooms in the property would be better suited. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was superb (one of the reasons I can’t get in the shower!).

The place was very clean and tidy which we appreciated and the welcome guide was helpful. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth. A beautiful setting in Devon. The house sits on a gorgeous plot surrounded by rolling hills and a super garden. We had three families in the house, 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for us all to not feel on top of each other.
