A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

We loved our stay at Lower Deck, it was spotless, had everything we needed and was a short walk into Dartmouth town. The view from the property is stunning, and it’s such a peaceful spot which was perfect for our family getaway. Beds were very comfy and it was great having two bathrooms. We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.
