We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

We used what.three.words to easily find the location which I would recommend as the Cartshed is off the beaten track down some small Devon country lanes, although they were easy to navigate and we met minimal traffic. A fabulous house in a beautiful location. It really did have a luxury feel. A very well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for cooking your own meals. Very comfortable beds and good showers. Our favourite thing was the balcony and the gorgeous view across the rooftops of Dartmouth down to the boats on the front. A secluded, peaceful stay in a spacious cabin in a beautiful wooded location. Cabin was very clean, tidy, well laid out. The outdoor deck is a highlight for sunrise breakfasts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Solstice. The views are incredible and the house is very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can recommend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

We had a lovely week at the lodge.Spacious and very clean. Relly enjoyed relaxing in the grounds and using the hot tub. Very well equipped with everything you might need and a perfect location to explore the local area. Highly reccomended.

Lovely, clean home with very comfortable beds. It’s located on a steep hill, but it offers beautiful views and is just a short, easy walk to the marina. We loved being so close to Dartmouth’s great boutique shops, cafes, and ice cream spots. Perfect for a family stay!
