We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! Fantastic property, great views and wonderfully looked after. Had a really relaxing short break. Arrival instructions were perfect given the current road closure. Dartmouth is lovely with wonderful pubs, cafes and shops.

We had a really lovely stay at Galions quay. The house is beautiful and immaculately appointed. Its location is perfect for being close to Dartmouth town but also just removed enough to be quiet. We especially loved being near to Dartmouth castle and the coves for swimming. The house itself has everything we needed and Paul was a great host. We’d stay there again without question.

The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee. A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

Really Lovely place to stay. Kids loved the animals On the farm. Comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved playing in the attic space. Nice and quiet. Close to Dartmouth/Salcombe. Would definitely stay again.
