External steps and patio were very slippy and the patio furniture tired.

We had such a lovely stay at Dartmouth Grove Golf Club and honestly didn’t want to leave. We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was beautiful and clean and in a very convenient location as the town centre was walking distance as well as other attractions such as the castle! The only thing was that parking was challenging as there is a road closure just outside the flat. Otherwise, perfect! Thank you

A gorgeous stay between all the places worth visiting in South Devon, and a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Totnes. Really peaceful, and a beautifully restored building. Best suited to those with a car as it is remote. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location with wonderful views. Ideally situated with local amenities conveniently situated. Not easy for those with walking difficulties as there are steep steps down to the property. Does need some attention to the interior and exterior decoration as it is showing signs of wear. That aside this is a very nice home to enjoy whatever the weather with picture windows and rap around terraces

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar house! The accommodation was clean, tidy with thoughtful extras. We loved the building itself there was lots of character with all the oak beams and the unique layout. Wonderful location too being so close to beautiful Dartmouth which was foodie heaven and the lovely hidden gem- Blackrock Sands! Very enjoyable and relaxing stay, thank you 🤩

Great location , a minute walk to see the harbour. Opposite from the lower ferry crossing and would reccommend the walk to Blackpool Sands via Dartmouth Castle and South West Coastal Path. We caught the No 93 bus back into Dartmouth after lunch on the beach. Accommodation had everything you would expect.
