A great house for a un fussy large family stay… well equipped, plenty of rooms for all our needs (eating, playing games and chilling and plenty of loos!) Very pretty surroundings and not too far (if you drive!) from the lovely towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.

Stayed a couple of days with my partner and 3 year old and we had a great stay! Check in was really easy (though there are a few stairs!). Easy to use the pool which our toddler absolutely loved! House was clean and looked like the photos. Will definitely recommend and come again when we are next in the area! Thank you!!

This place is ideal for a short break in Totnes. We loved the convenience and centrality although it is tucked away on a side street. Totnes is full of great eateries and independent shops and there are lots of things round and about to do too.
