Cider House is a beautiful and very clean house. Few meters away from it is a small green area with a few benches, trees and grass. Also there is pleace for barbecue. Front garden was secure for my dog witch was a bonus. Great communication with Poul and localization just few minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Devon! We had a great stay!

The upstairs has views of the hills and my partner loved sitting out on the little balcony and watching the night sky. We were there in hot weather. It worked for us since we were out during the day. It was easy to cool the top floor in the evenings by opening up all of the windows. The bedroom downstairs was always cool enough to sleep well.

Tucked away on the edge of the estuary with the high tide bringing the river right up to the back french doors. Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including wood for the fire. We had a wonderful stay in this particularly special location.

Great location & lovely cottage. We had an issue with no hot water. I am dissatisfied with the hosts response that it was because the hot water was on a timer as it doesn’t make sense that it wasn’t set to come on for the morning. I would assume this has now been rectified, but I would check before you book.

Really enjoyed our stay and wished we were staying longer! The house is beautiful and great for a big family group. The kitchen is a lovely social space, the lounge is so comfortable and we loved eating outside on the patio. Easy bus journey into Dartmouth if you don’t want to drive and find parking. The Green Dragon pub in the village is brilliant for food and drinks – the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate at Dartmouth Grove. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything well thought through with a local theme. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool, tennis court and gym all on site.
