A gorgeous stay between all the places worth visiting in South Devon, and a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Totnes. Really peaceful, and a beautifully restored building. Best suited to those with a car as it is remote. Highly recommended.

A very enjoyable stay! Dartmouth was lovely and the house is relatively close to the high street … but the hill up to the house was quite the incline – It was just about manageable with young children / pram.

Fantastic cottage right on the beach where you are able to watch the sunrise before braving the sea. The location is great with a good pub close by and restaurants as well as a very good farm shop which its possible to walk to. The cottage itself has everything you need with a fabulous view. Beautiful large property that suited all ages. Stunning garden and outdoor areas. Could do with a few tea bags for arrival and some slightly better directions to arrive. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at the property which was ideal for our family and would happily return there. The location was brilliant for walking into town with excellent crabbing for the children to enjoy! The parking space was a huge bonus and as we were out of season and took a second car, free on road parking was easily accessible near by. So much to do in and around Dartmouth for all ages to have fun!
