Our stay in this Dartmouth property was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning, the people were great, the town had plenty to do and lots of history, the weather was perfect, etc. I couldn’t have asked for more. Paul was extremely helpful throughout and he was always there to help instantly whenever I needed it. I couldn’t recommend this stay more. You’ll have a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritson Farm and highly recommend it. The lay out of the house worked especially well for 2 families and 1 grandparent. “The house is very comfortable and well maintained . It offers everything you need. Three adults have enough space.You can quickly walk to the city center and have shopping ,pubs and restaurants. Parking near the property is always available.Very nice landscape. Small towns ,beaches and hiking trails are easy to reach. All in all recommended.”

Fantastic house and location. All the beds were especially comfortable which is really important when you’re away from home. Having parking was a godsend. Brilliant location, only used the car once and used public transport a lot. Can’t recommend Dartmouth highly enough. One small negative was the lack of a nonstick frying pan, which would have made the experience even better than it was.

Just back from a fantastic three nights at the place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. A lovely place for our weekend family get together. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Space for us all. Our youngest member is 2 and we appreciated the stair gate. Paul was very helpful and responsive to messages.
