We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cott. Directions for access were clear. The cottage was well-furnished and the beds were super comfy. We were grateful for the fans as the heatwave meant it got a bit stuffy at night!

We spent a lovely two weeks in the Hen House. The rooms were a good size, and the open plan kitchen, dining and living room was great. The decking area was lovely, and we VERY much enjoyed the company of the two seemingly resident, very friendly, cats: they were very good, and didn’t try to come inside [very often!]). Beautiful, perfect spot, just on the beach. Quiet with amazing views over the beach. Contacted host about turning up hot water and immediately received a lovely message explaining where the switch was. Comfortable and spacious place that has been part of creating new lovely memories ! Thank you

We had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Dart river … it is a central place for everything….the shops ….eateries….take aways and pubs! We enjoyed the ever changing views on the river ….we loved that you can take a ferry to Kingswear and lovely walks there too …..we wndt on a local walk to the castle and beyond all again wonderful breathtaking views and coastal paths galore…

This is a really nicely appointed flat with lovely bathrooms in a good location. A bonus was the proximity of the bus stop so we could get a bus to and from Dartmouth (and elsewhere if we’d wanted) without having to worry about parking. We had poor weather but had it been sunny the two balconies would have been delightful. An extremely pleasant stay.

We had such a lovely time at this house. The setting is breathtaking. The location is great. We hiked to both beaches, and to the small cove that is not accessible by cars. Our kids had a blast. Highly recommend.

Location fantastic with stunning elevated views of the estuary. The pretty front garden has 2 seating areas to enjoy the panoramic views. A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!
