We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. Pristine white bedding and towels although we expected regular soap and shampoo rather than the gimmicky boxed pads! Thank you so much for replacing the one feather quilt with a synthetic quilt. Nice place, comfortable. Only negative was that the hot tub wasn’t included in the price and this made us feel the accommodation was slight over priced. Unfortunately we didn’t realise it was extra cost as we booked before reading the entire passage on the property.

What an amazing Apartment and so close to the town, 1 minute walk. Lounge, kitchen/dining are perfect for two. Great facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom downstairs made the place feel a bit different and special. Great bath and shower doesn’t come much better. Would expect to pay more for this place!

The location is quite unique and looking onto the sea is very special. Even more special is the close proximity to the sea, so you can go to bed listening to the waves and wake up to them. Gorgeous

This house was perfect for our stay! We were 2 adults and 4 kids so the 5 bedrooms worked well (one is on the ground floor). There is loads of space and we felt right at home!
