We had a great stay and would definitely go back! It’s a lovely, modern house with gorgeous views and is on a farm (so great for kids to see the tractors / cows / pigs in the mornings!). A friendly cat visited us all the time too. This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don’t do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property. All rooms were tastefully decorated, large and many, especially the big conservatory, with its wide opening doors, have superb views of the South Hams hillsides. …

We had a lovely few days in Kingswear Paul’s place is very comfortable, well equipped and clean There is so much to see and do within easy reach and the view across to the river to Dartmouth is absolutely stunning, you could never tire of looking at it, we even had a cruise ship anchor there for the day!

A beautiful place in lovely surroundings, very spacious and good instructions. There are lots of very narrow lanes around the area so be prepared for lots of reversing!
