Great place – the garage parking is a rare thing and the views from the property are perfect. From watching the ferries, to the weather coming in, you can spend hours sitting in the bay windows quite happily! A very short walk into town as well.

Really Lovely place to stay. Kids loved the animals On the farm. Comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved playing in the attic space. Nice and quiet. Close to Dartmouth/Salcombe. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don’t do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property. All rooms were tastefully decorated, large and many, especially the big conservatory, with its wide opening doors, have superb views of the South Hams hillsides. …

Perfect venue for large family gathering – room choices were great. Immaculate presentation with all mod cons. Amazing views and location. Would advise travelling light as the steps down and up to the house are not for the faint hearted and there is no parking outside the property. All being said – we would definitely come back and stay – lovely!

We loved our stay at Lower Deck, it was spotless, had everything we needed and was a short walk into Dartmouth town. The view from the property is stunning, and it’s such a peaceful spot which was perfect for our family getaway. Beds were very comfy and it was great having two bathrooms.
