We had a lovely stay at The Apartment in Dartmouth. Everything was spotless, kitchen had everything you would need. Great location, everything is within walking distance & great places to eat. Would recommend taking the little boat that takes you to the castle & back. Definitely would stay again as also a great base to visit other places along the south Devon coast.

Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.

Lovely peaceful location, loved the secure little private courtyard at the front, we could sit leave the door open so the dog could come and go freely, the grassy area a few yards away was also great for the dog to explore. Solstice is a lovely, bright and spacious place to stay. It is in the most wonderful location with beautiful views to keep you happy even on the rainiest of days, and is a perfect base for pottering into Dartmouth or enjoying a walk along the coastal path. I very much hope to stay there again!

“We had an excellent week in Lower Deck. The cottage provided everything we needed. It is furnished to a high standard and well equipped. The beginning of town is around 5 mins and a little over 10 to the centre. Parking is always an issue in Dartmouth but doesn’t spoil another great week.”
