The Apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the shops and river. Parking permit for car park which is only 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with lots of cupboard space to store your own food, which isn’t always the case in rental properties. We had a lovely time. Everything was as described. It’s a beautiful, quiet location. The roads in the area are quite narrow, so you should allow some extra time for getting around, but it’s really perfect for people who love country life.

Beautiful location and view. Can’t beat hearing the sound of the ocean from inside the place. Beds were comfy and nice water pressure in the shower. Clear instructions and friendly host to communicate with. Would stay again. Thank you for the nice experience!

“Fabulous little ‘find’ in the heart of Dartmouth above a wonderful cafe serving incredible breakfasts! The room was clean & functional with seaside memorabilia, paintings & a comfy king size bed & the coffee & tea making facilities were a pleasing extra! The bathroom was like a tardis with a huge shower & served its purpose for our stay!”

“It’s fair to say this has been one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had, with a mixture of lazy days in the cottage, and lovely days out and about. Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can recommend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!
