The magnificent view of the harbour captivated us time and time again. But even apart from the location, I would have loved the apartment. It has everything you need and it has character. Check-in was easy, parking was straightforward, and there’s plenty to do nearby. Perfect!

This house, unassuming from the outside, is located in a quiet neighborhood, but its interior is charming and pleasant. A small welcome pack with coffee was in the kitchen. Fantastic property, great views and wonderfully looked after. Had a really relaxing short break. Arrival instructions were perfect given the current road closure. Dartmouth is lovely with wonderful pubs, cafes and shops.

This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.

This is such a beautiful place to stay, especially with the incredible garden and decking, my dogs were absolutely thrilled. At the very top of the garden there’s an incredible viewpoint looking over Dartmouth! Really Lovely place to stay. Kids loved the animals On the farm. Comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved playing in the attic space. Nice and quiet. Close to Dartmouth/Salcombe. Would definitely stay again.

The property is down a very quiet country lane – one of those very narrow, grass growing in the middle country lanes.
