Fabulous location with wonderful views. Very warm and cozy. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and pillows. Home from home! Plenty of space for seven of us and a toddler celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. We didn’t use the upper decking area because of the time of year but it was amazing! Also loved the front deck. The main living space was perfectly laid out for spending time with friends. There are two dining tables which was great as one turned into a puzzle table whilst we dined at the other. We had a lovely few days in Kingswear Paul’s place is very comfortable, well equipped and clean There is so much to see and do within easy reach and the view across to the river to Dartmouth is absolutely stunning, you could never tire of looking at it, we even had a cruise ship anchor there for the day!

Perfect location for exploring the area. Parked in Steamboat quay car park and you can pay by phone remotely so very easy. Comfortable home for two people.

We had a lovely stay in Dartmouth, the location is absolutely amazing we could walk in seconds to the lower ferry and the best part of town. No view parking or garden but that’s the compromise.
