A group of four friends and I stayed there to celebrate my 30th birthday, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. We loved getting to know Devon and the property’s unique features; the hot tub was the perfect temperature and very clean, and the house had everything we needed. we were very happy and will certainly be back.

Stunning views by the river. Beautiful house with lots of room to sit and enjoy the views. Well appointed kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. A beautiful setting in Devon. The house sits on a gorgeous plot surrounded by rolling hills and a super garden. We had three families in the house, 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for us all to not feel on top of each other. We returned home last week after a lovely stay. The house was everything we needed it to be as a base for our holiday. Lovely outside space that we enjoyed eating our meals at because we were lucky with the weather. Dartmouth is beautiful, the house is right at the top of the hill from the main harbour and things so is a bit of a walk all uphill on the way back.
