We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! We had a great time here despite the weather not being the best. The house had everything we needed, although a bbq would be nice, particularly if it had been warmer. We had a very enjoyable break at Spindrift. It was clean and comfortable with lots of space for a family of 7. The bungalow was situated in a quiet area and the beach and village were within walking distance. I would definitely recommend the bungalow to friends and family

“Wonderfully located and a stunning view from both the house and the upper terrace area. Certainly enough to do around the house alone. Looking for a stroll, the beach is a minute walk away. Great island to venture to House was very clean and well described to the booking”.

Lovely views, particularly liked the small roof top terrace. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. Bedrooms are small with no wardrobe space in main bedroom. Space would be tight for 4 adults but a great place, with great views to stay for a couple. Steps to property are steep.

We had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Dart river … it is a central place for everything….the shops ….eateries….take aways and pubs! We enjoyed the ever changing views on the river ….we loved that you can take a ferry to Kingswear and lovely walks there too …..we wndt on a local walk to the castle and beyond all again wonderful breathtaking views and coastal paths galore…
