Incredible house with the most amazing views! We stayed for 5 days for my Mum’s 70th birthday – 6 adults and 4 kids. We had such a lovely time, staying in the house and exploring Dartmouth. The house is very well equipped. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tremorvah. The windows let in a lot of light and the views were beautiful. It was great watching the activity on the water. We were very impressed by the apartment, everything was of top quality and spotlessly clean, you couldn’t wish for more. We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritson Farm and highly recommend it. The lay out of the house worked especially well for 2 families and 1 grandparent. I cannot fault the house – it was beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped. Each room was decorated beautifully and the whole house had a lovely feel to it. Ideal accommodation for music festival. Central location but away from street noise. Bunk room is rather small but beautifully formed. I stayed alone this visit but room have shared with a friend in the past during a biking tour. It was a lovely place to lay our heads. The property was as described and well equipped. Parking was excellent and under a canopy so out of reach of seagulls! We are very familiar with Kingsbridge which is good and central and has 2 supermarkets if not planning to eat out every day. In all we would certainly recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.

Dartmouth has been a family favourite for years but after many camping trips to the area we decided to upgrade and book this property. It did not disappoint. The views are incredible, we had everything we needed in the apartment and the location was perfect for walking into town. We would highly recommend and most certainly will be back.

I’d definitely stay there again. incredibly beautiful views and a very cosy apartment. Can’t emphasize how beautiful the view was!! we spent all our time sitting next to the large French windows! a very nice kitchen and squeaky clean bathrooms. Great location in Kingswear, close to the ferry, train and bus. I’d recommend 100%
