Absolutely loved this place and don’t think the pictures do it justice. Beautiful cottage with amazing fireplace and period features. It was perfect for a winter break, a really cosy and peaceful place, but also imagine it would make a wonderful spring/summer break with the orchard and bbq areas. We had a great stay at the property which was ideal for our family and would happily return there. The location was brilliant for walking into town with excellent crabbing for the children to enjoy! The parking space was a huge bonus and as we were out of season and took a second car, free on road parking was easily accessible near by. So much to do in and around Dartmouth for all ages to have fun!

We are familiar with Dartmouth so this was easy to find. Gorgeous location and view. Flat comfortable and Paul super responsive. The road is blocked at the moment which I didn’t quite realise beforehand – so we had to carry our stuff but honestly not a big deal for us. We were only there for 3 days. Place clean and lovely. This place is nothing short of amazing! Beautifully clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Paul was super quick in responding when we had a problem with a blown fuse, so was sorted immediately 😀. The only thing that could make this any better would be a parking permit please. Dartmouth is a perfect place but parking is an absolute nightmare!

Stunning location. The view is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Friendly cats, ducks, pigs, cows and sheep made this place extra special. Accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth.
