A great home, well suited to families. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs and had loads of space. The garden is huge and fantastic to play around, there is also a BBQ to use and lots of board games plus the table tennis table to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Longish walk to the beach but great location close to both Thurlestone and Batham Beaches.

This place is a beautiful bijou cottage situated just off the high street, so extremely close to all of central Totnes’ shops and cafes. It was really clean and beautifully decorated, and remarkably quiet given the centrality. Kingswear is quieter than Dartmouth itself and has all you need (in terms of a couple of great pubs, lovely coffee place, a very useful convenience shop) – though you will end up spending some cash going back and forth across the Dart using the ferry.
