We were lucky to get an opportunity to stay in this amazingly well designed and run place for 4 nights. We had a lovely stay. The barn was well equipped and in a great location with the beach just a 15-20 walk away and the village store and pub just around the corner. The area is beautiful with a lot of stunning coastal walks and Dartmouth and Brixham not far away. We can highly recommend staying at this place.

“We had an excellent week in Lower Deck. The cottage provided everything we needed. It is furnished to a high standard and well equipped. The beginning of town is around 5 mins and a little over 10 to the centre. Parking is always an issue in Dartmouth but doesn’t spoil another great week.”

The Soltice is located in such way that we had beautiful River Dart views and great access to the town. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book it again in the future.
