What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. It has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, a lovely wood burner, 2 tvs with Netflix etc, comfy beds, and ideal for a family as well as our Labrador. We had a wonderful stay in Dartmouth! The views from every room were amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and felt just like home. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the shops, pubs, and restaurants, which was really convenient. Paul fantastic, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay.”

Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.
