Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. Despite the time of year we had glorious weather; it seems to have it’s own micro climate which left us mostly sunny and dry whilst most other places had rain? We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cott. Directions for access were clear. The cottage was well-furnished and the beds were super comfy. We were grateful for the fans as the heatwave meant it got a bit stuffy at night!

Perfect venue for large family gathering – room choices were great. Immaculate presentation with all mod cons. Amazing views and location. Would advise travelling light as the steps down and up to the house are not for the faint hearted and there is no parking outside the property. All being said – we would definitely come back and stay – lovely!

A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!
