The view from the large windows in the sitting room and the front bedroom are the wow factor! However, to reach such a lofty view, there are a lot of fairly steep steps from the road – maybe 40? Thank you for a lovely stay in the cabin. The setting is beautiful, especially the meadow at the top. We all enjoyed using the fire pit and listening out for the birds. The river is also a lot of fun and the perfect place for playing Pooh Sticks.

Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.

A lovely flat with fantastic views out across the River Dart. We stayed here at the end of a week’s walk along part of the South West Coast Path and it was an excellent base for Dartmouth/KIngswear for a couple of days before we headed home.

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.
