Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.

What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. Our stay at Lower Deck was amazing, the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you need. What an amazing apartment! The views are stunning. The beds were great and everything was spotless. Long stay parking during the day was a bit tricky as the road to Warfleet is shut so it’s a long drive round but not a major problem for us. We had a brilliant stay and Paul was very helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cott. Directions for access were clear. The cottage was well-furnished and the beds were super comfy. We were grateful for the fans as the heatwave meant it got a bit stuffy at night!
