Fabulous location and ideal base to explore it from. Facilities were good and the house was clean and comfortable. The Host was contactable, accommodating and responsive. Would thoroughly recommend whether for multiple guests or just as a getaway for a couple.

Solstice is a lovely, bright and spacious place to stay. It is in the most wonderful location with beautiful views to keep you happy even on the rainiest of days, and is a perfect base for pottering into Dartmouth or enjoying a walk along the coastal path. I very much hope to stay there again!

A lovely, cosy little house, a short walk into the town. We really enjoyed our time at this house. It has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, a lovely wood burner, 2 tvs with Netflix etc, comfy beds, and ideal for a family as well as our Labrador. We’ve visited this property several times. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful especially if the weather is good. The living and bedroom accommodation is comfortable. The house is very close to the town with all it’s lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.

Stunning location. The view is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Friendly cats, ducks, pigs, cows and sheep made this place extra special. Accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped.
