Fantastic place, great size and extremely well placed for the town, just a 1 minute walk. Bed and shower great and kitchen very well equipped. Very quite area and the parking permit is such a great addition. Only a 5 minute walk and spaces always available for us. You can park outside for an hour between 9am to 6pm. Outside of these hours is fine. Dartmouth offers so much and we really enjoyed the local area. Booked…

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritson Farm and highly recommend it. The lay out of the house worked especially well for 2 families and 1 grandparent. I cannot fault the house – it was beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped. Each room was decorated beautifully and the whole house had a lovely feel to it. What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. We loved The Captain’s Cabin! The furnishings really did make us think we were staying on a boat. Breakfast at Alf Fresco was an added bonus. A perfect base for our weekend walking the coast path.
