We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! Brambles annexe was easy to find, very quiet location and a nice little base to explore the local area from. The property is looked after by the lovely couple next door who popped by to check everything was ok. On arrival we messaged Paul to let him know the loo seat was very loose, quick response and repaired straight away. Everything we needed for adults and children; well equipped kitchen, games room, comfy beds, lovely lounge and the most beautiful view from a large conservatory. The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee. Torcross is a very special place and the cottage was great. The picture window was perfect for watching the gorgeous view and the seal swimming past. Listening to the waves on the stones as we fell asleep was so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave.
