We throughly enjoyed our stay and the barn suited all our needs. Beds are comfortable with good quality bed linen. Great showers in both bathrooms again with good quality towels. Great location, easy walk to everything in town and just a short walk from the car park. Really comfy and cosy. There was a bit of noise from the two local pubs but it didn’t really impact or bother us. Would happily return next time.

We absolutely LOVED this gem of a place. Tucked away right on the river estuary, we had an absolutely charming weekend away with the kids and the dog. We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. This was a brilliant find. Tracey the lovely owner also looks after the place, and does it to an immaculate standard. What really stood out was the thoughtful nature of everything provided. The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.
