Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. The views from this house are stunning and the property is modern, clean and well equipped. On arrival at the house the garage was unavailable as the floor had been painted. As this is the location of the washer and dryer it was inconvenient not only for lack of off street parking but also the unavailability of laundry facilities. This place is in an amazing location right next to the sea, couldn’t get any closer. Lovely accommodation with everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Great little cottage. Nice and cool downstairs in the extreme heat. Loved the garden at the end of the path. Nice and quiet. Ayrmer Cove a little gem. Handy parking with the garage a short distance down the road.

The magnificent view of the harbour captivated us time and time again. But even apart from the location, I would have loved the apartment. It has everything you need and it has character. Check-in was easy, parking was straightforward, and there’s plenty to do nearby. Perfect!

What an amazing place, surpassed our expectations and this is the first time I have written that in a review. The accommodation was much bigger than expected and ideal for our group. The children and big adults loved the table tennis and darts board. Beds were comfy and it was stylish in the way it was kitted out. We loved it and highly recommend.

Fantastic house and location. All the beds were especially comfortable which is really important when you’re away from home. Having parking was a godsend. Brilliant location, only used the car once and used public transport a lot. Can’t recommend Dartmouth highly enough. One small negative was the lack of a nonstick frying pan, which would have made the experience even better than it was.
