The views!! Highly recommend this place – we stayed as 5 adult couples. Views are breathtaking, house is well equipped & clean. Great comms, easy to find. Location is perfect for walking into town and also quiet enough to chill on the balcony. We made good use of the BBQ and terraces. We’d definitely return – no one wanted to leave! We had the best week at this place and absolutely loved Dartmouth. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a phenomenal outdoor space with a phenomenal view! Reaching the place by car and sorting out parking was a bit difficult as we had to move our car around each day in order to avoid getting a ticket, but once you’ve worked it out it’s all good. An excellent stay in this apartment in the centre of Dartmouth. Very handy to have the parking permit and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is maintained and equipped to a very high standard making it a comfortable home away from home.

Lower Heywood is well located, very close to beautiful views, shops and local restaurants. Out of season, if you’re lucky there is on street parking opposite which we benefitted from during our stay. The accommodation is well appointed with good quality fixtures and fittings and equipment. It is comfortable and warm. There is a stylish free standing bath as well as a good shower. We would definitely stay again.

The photos of this place don’t actually do it justice! Such a beautiful home with the most incredible views. We had to park in the main car park and then walk to the house which I’m sure would have been less stressful if we didn’t have a lot of bags, but we managed! We would honestly come and stay here again. Watching the boats from the top window was so peaceful!
