Such a lovely and spacious place! We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

A lovely place for our weekend family get together. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Space for us all. Our youngest member is 2 and we appreciated the stair gate. Paul was very helpful and responsive to messages.

The location was great, the flat was clean, heating worked well and the parking permit was an added bonus. However it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get the rather inadequate shower to turn on, and also how to receive a signal on the television. Not bad, but not great either.
