“The most perfect place to stay in Dartmouth for our group of 5! Beautiful spacious house, all the amenities you could need, comfy beds, beautiful garden and terrace with amazing views. The location is perfect as you have parking but also 5-10 minutes walk into the centre where you have many great pubs and restaurants. We will be back soon I’m sure!”

Was a great house for a family get together .Including small children . Lots of different spaces but not too big . Very well appointed with everything we needed . Lovely location . Quiet and rural but near enough to a good road to get places . Various members of the party went running and we all walked to the pub in Halwell . I can’t think of any thing negative.

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Dartmouth. Easy access to all the town centre has to offer without the usual climb up a big hill. Clean and tidy, great for couple with the bath and good shower with plenty of storage. Bed was comfy. Would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Solstice, which was well equipped. The first-floor open plan kitchen and lounge area, with great views over the River Dart, certainly lived up to the listing. Be aware that the stairs up to the otherwise excellent top bedroom are not for the faint-hearted.
