Great place – the garage parking is a rare thing and the views from the property are perfect. From watching the ferries, to the weather coming in, you can spend hours sitting in the bay windows quite happily! A very short walk into town as well.

This is a delightful apartment with stunning views. Very light and airy. Easy walk into the town but in a very quiet location (particularly with the closed road). Very short walks to local swimming spots. I would recommend Warfleet Creek – only 5 minutes walk but was completely quiet even in a heat wave. Dartmouth is full of wonderful eating places and Lower Deck is a brilliant location to try them!

We absolutely LOVED this gem of a place. Tucked away right on the river estuary, we had an absolutely charming weekend away with the kids and the dog. The place is very easy to fall in love with – quirky and cosy, with the best location we’ve ever had from an Airbnb. The neighbours are very friendly and the pub is great. Paul always communicated well with my queries. I would recommend using the postcode to find the property as the road name didn’t work. The property is down a very quiet country lane – one of those very narrow, grass growing in the middle country lanes. home safely after a fabulous 5 nights at Lower Heywood. The apartment is beautifully kept and cosy. It has everything you need for a self catering break away. It is in a perfect central spot too. Its incredibly cosy, the bed was very comfy, fabulous shower, beautiful bath, (needs a blind replacing above the bed. For someone like me who sleeps better with the light shut out)
