Incredible house with the most amazing views! We stayed for 5 days for my Mum’s 70th birthday – 6 adults and 4 kids. We had such a lovely time, staying in the house and exploring Dartmouth. The house is very well equipped. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay.”

This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this place and don’t think the pictures do it justice. Beautiful cottage with amazing fireplace and period features. It was perfect for a winter break, a really cosy and peaceful place, but also imagine it would make a wonderful spring/summer break with the orchard and bbq areas. Fantastic stay here for my parents’ Christmas present. Beautifully kept property, that accommodated us all perfectly. Plenty of space for 7 adults to all live, socialise and enjoy. We had a wonderful stay ! The house was super and all our family enjoyed the location. We were there for our son’s wedding so all the family enjoyed it ! I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of a birthday treat or special occasion for all your friends it’s the best !

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.
