Stunning views of the river great location. Walkable to lots of shops and pubs and some fabulous eateries. Enjoyed the stay and the house was lovely and well equipped. Hosts were great and responded quickly to all queries.

Very clean and stylish home with all you need. Location was really good although there is a hill to walk up and down into Dartmouth – we didn’t find that a problem and the town in lovely.

The house definitely had the wow factor. It is in a stunning location looking down the estuary to Dartmouth. The house is beautifully presented, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was plenty of parking, and walking into Dartmouth was an easy stroll. Paul was so helpful answering all our queries and was very responsive. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the beautiful property.

We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! I stayed in Dart Lookout for 8 days and it really is a sanctuary and a place to relax and watch the world go by. Birds, cruise ships, staff from the hotel below, next door’s dog – I watched and enjoyed them all from the window seat of dreams that is the best part of this house. Another wonderful stay at Spindrift. The house is light and airy, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week. The living area is spacious and comfortable.
