Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. Beautiful location within walking distance to town and coastal path virtually outside. Lovely terraces and balconies, very well equipped and very clean. Extremely comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated a really special place

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

Fantastic view and location. Easy walk into the town to visit the local shops and superb restaurants. Lovely sunny weather throughout our stay as well!

Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

Nice accommodation. Bedrooms were snug but fine. Nice en suite to the master. Lovely views and hot tub. Great for golfers. Short drive to Dartmouth and surrounding areas.
