A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!

What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. We had a lovely stay. The barn was well equipped and in a great location with the beach just a 15-20 walk away and the village store and pub just around the corner. The area is beautiful with a lot of stunning coastal walks and Dartmouth and Brixham not far away. We can highly recommend staying at this place.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment has been beautifully renovated & looked just like the pictures. We had great weather so could make use of the balcony. We were able to walk down to the harbour area avoiding the main road, and caught a bus back to save a walk up the hill in the heat. Any pub or restaurant visits require going down to the harbour as this is in a residential area, but the location is very quiet and …

A great house for a un fussy large family stay… well equipped, plenty of rooms for all our needs (eating, playing games and chilling and plenty of loos!) Very pretty surroundings and not too far (if you drive!) from the lovely towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.

The lodge is perfect in every way. Stunning surroundings and beautiful sunsets.
