Arrived a bit early & cleaners just finishing off so went for a short walk. Place was spotless. Comfy beds and nice bed linen. Bit of miscommunication regarding coffee makers as id read the Nespresso machine was no longer at property, messaged Paul to ask & he said it wasn’t there so I said I’d bring my cafetière. A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.
