Very nice villa and very luxurious, and it was very clean. It will definitely be our option every time we come to Dartmouth. Really liked it and they were so nice and the instructions were very easy to find the villa although the road was closed, but they made it very easy to find it We reached late at night and it was raining but thanks to clear instructions. Super space to stay to play golf or explore the river Dart. Perfectly placed for easy trip to Dartmouth, Dittisham, Greenways or to the beaches. Would recommend the Sportsman’s Arms around the corner for meals and the Garden Centre Garden Time- not only really knowledgeable but super food (can recommend the breakfast) and service at both.

We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cott. Directions for access were clear. The cottage was well-furnished and the beds were super comfy. We were grateful for the fans as the heatwave meant it got a bit stuffy at night!
Kitchen was small but laid out well and had almost everything you need. We did think the addition of a veg peeler and cheese grater would be good.
