Great little space for solos or couples. Within two minutes walk of most of the lower part of Dartmouth, loads of great pubs and cafes. The space itself is very quirky with hatches and hidden storage spaces, with lots of sea memorabilia without feeling cluttered or dusty. The Townhouse was nice, but a little cold. It was clean and well maintained. Not too far from Dartmouth shops and restaurants. Easy walk in, but a big climb back – good workout 😁.

We escaped to the beautiful 9 Riverside Wharf for a Mother’s Day weekend with kids ranging from 5-8, and parents in their 70’s. What a great time we had! The views of the apartment were amazing, and so well equipped! The walk to the ferry and into Dartmouth was the perfect length managed easily by age 5-75 . Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

A great house for a un fussy large family stay… well equipped, plenty of rooms for all our needs (eating, playing games and chilling and plenty of loos!) Very pretty surroundings and not too far (if you drive!) from the lovely towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.

A stunningly beautiful location to enjoy Dartmouth. The jaw dropping views of the harbour from the property are reason enough to stay here. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and stylish and in a great central location. Paul the host was responsive, polite and friendly. I’ll be back next year!

A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!
