We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

The location was great, the flat was clean, heating worked well and the parking permit was an added bonus. However it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get the rather inadequate shower to turn on, and also how to receive a signal on the television. Not bad, but not great either.

We had a great few days here as a family. The lodge itself was immaculate and well presented. A short walk down the hill to the restaurant, bar and spa facilities, which were also very good. The discount on food and spa was a bonus. There are only about half a dozen lodges, meaning it was very quiet and peaceful. Incredible views. Steps to the beach are a stones throw away, it was the perfect location for our beach and sea loving family. We will be back without the kids next time!

Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can recommend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

Wow. What a very special place this is. For a start it’s in a brilliant position overlooking the river in lovely Dartmouth. But there’s more to it than that – the house itself has been finished and furnished to a very high standard of both comfort and amenities. Everything worked easily and as you would expect. This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don’t do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property. All rooms were tastefully decorated, large and many, especially the big conservatory, with its wide opening doors, have superb views of the South Hams hillsides. …
