Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

We loved The Captain’s Cabin! The furnishings really did make us think we were staying on a boat. Breakfast at Alf Fresco was an added bonus. A perfect base for our weekend walking the coast path.

Great communication from the host and the house it’s fantastic. The location is brilliant and the views don’t get any better – we could’ve looked out all day. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Dartmouth.

Beautifully appointed and very comfortable house. A few snags such as missing blinds in two bedrooms and only one wine glass provided (which we advised host of and they said they would sort so hopefully ready for next guests). We would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers as there is a clock tower in the village which rings every 15minutes 24hrs a day. Host was very responsive and brought us torches when we had a …

Location is excellent but the room was smaller than I anticipated. I am a larger man and couldn’t get into the gap in the shower. Also the room was very warm. Just letting larger people know that maybe one of the other rooms in the property would be better suited. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was superb (one of the reasons I can’t get in the shower!).

I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain.
