The Brambles was a nice residence for me in Devon. Paul and wife were at hand to help with any issues. The place is well kept. They showed me the local Tesco for food and pointed me to the bus service in the area saving me transport money. I highly recommend their place to others visiting this part of Devon. They offered me a complimentary bottle of wine which was really nice during the weekend. William

The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee. Wonderful cabin, so peaceful and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything one could need for food preparation and dining. Beds are comfortable and spotless. Warm and comfortable. Perfect bathrooms. The surroundings are beautiful and all you can hear is the stream in the distance and the whisper of the wind and the trees. Paul replied promptly each time I asked questions.

Beautifully appointed and very comfortable house. A few snags such as missing blinds in two bedrooms and only one wine glass provided (which we advised host of and they said they would sort so hopefully ready for next guests). We would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers as there is a clock tower in the village which rings every 15minutes 24hrs a day. Host was very responsive and brought us torches when we had a …

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Dartmouth. Easy access to all the town centre has to offer without the usual climb up a big hill. Clean and tidy, great for couple with the bath and good shower with plenty of storage. Bed was comfy. Would recommend to others.

Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

This property is in the perfect location, near to all shops, we know Dartmouthvery well but for anyone on there first visit this place is perfect for them

I’d definitely stay there again. incredibly beautiful views and a very cosy apartment. Can’t emphasize how beautiful the view was!! we spent all our time sitting next to the large French windows! a very nice kitchen and squeaky clean bathrooms. Great location in Kingswear, close to the ferry, train and bus. I’d recommend 100%
