Great little flat but you need to be fit and able with steps to flat and steps to balcony. Perfect for the two of us but think it would be cramped with 4 people. Great location but parking tricky – need to park outside Dartmouth and get bus in. Clean and tidy with washing machine but Iād want a dishwasher if we were eating in! Wasnāt an issue for us as ate out every night! Would stay again!

The accommodation has been well thought through, absolutely everything you need is to hand, the kitchen is so well stocked with utensils it puts mine to shame!

Our second time at Mewstone. New owner has kept the same high standards. Absolutely fantastic location and such a restful view. One piece of advice, if the shared pool is important to you (it wasnāt to us) check itās available and ready. That said this is a high quality property and we love it. Two parking spaces and no more than a couple of minutes walk into Dartmouth town centre whatās not to love.

“Great house with great location; there was just 5 minutes to city centre. Paul was very welcoming and we were greeted with a nice welcoming pack. Some board games were available in the living room as well which had a beautiful view. Beds were also very clean and comfortable. Thank you.”

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar house! The accommodation was clean, tidy with thoughtful extras. We loved the building itself there was lots of character with all the oak beams and the unique layout. Wonderful location too being so close to beautiful Dartmouth which was foodie heaven and the lovely hidden gem- Blackrock Sands! Very enjoyable and relaxing stay, thank you š¤©

Perfect if you need a bunk room to crash in the centre of Dartmouth. Ideal for sailors not wanting to stay on board, or for anyone wanting to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth. It is compact, but perfectly functional and perfectly located. Great breakfasts included downstairs at the wonderful Cafe Alfresco.
