Perfect location for easy walking to Totnes shops and restaurants, and also just 15 min walk from train station. The spotless and well organised flat was perfect for our four night break. Paul provided clear instructions and was very flexible.

A lovely, cosy little house, a short walk into the town. We really enjoyed our time at this house. It has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, a lovely wood burner, 2 tvs with Netflix etc, comfy beds, and ideal for a family as well as our Labrador. We had a wonderful stay in Dartmouth! The views from every room were amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and felt just like home. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the shops, pubs, and restaurants, which was really convenient. Paul fantastic, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
