We enjoyed our stay at Solstice, which was well equipped. The first-floor open plan kitchen and lounge area, with great views over the River Dart, certainly lived up to the listing. Be aware that the stairs up to the otherwise excellent top bedroom are not for the faint-hearted. Spotless house and well equipped with everything we needed, but not so full that u couldn’t store anything which I’ve found with a lot of previous places. Lovely space and nicely furnished. Torcross is the most beautiful place – even after the recent storm damage (and in fact the village needs supporting now more than ever) – in the most beautiful surroundings. This Airbnb is fantastic, with the most incredible view from the first floor window. Worth the price alone! It was such a joy sitting on the sofa watching the waves, both on sunny days and cloudy ones.
