Really lovely property, beautifully decorated. Perfect base for short break. We did not struggle to park on the road near the property, but did not then move the car. Very convenient for all local shops, bars and restaurants. Lacking wine glasses (all mismatched). I would imagine the living area would be very squashed if fully occupied, fine for two of us and dog. Pear Tree Lodge was so homely, with a stunning garden, peaceful and with comfy beds. It’s in a quiet location but very walkable and close to the estuary and Kingsbridge. The South Hams are stunning 🏝️ A little gem of a place. 💎

The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay.”

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in The Cabin! Super peaceful, spacious, and full of hospitable touches which made us feel right at home. Clear, and prompt, communication was appreciated, and the surroundings were just so gorgeous with Autumn colours! We thoroughly recommend staying here (but don’t tell anyone! ;))
