A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the estuary. The walk from the town is about 10mins and fine without a lot to carry. It’s quite a long incline. Not steep though. Great location, brilliant parking which is a real bonus in Kingsbridge. The garden is lovely with a nice balcony and furniture. Good information pack in the property and communication is good from the owner with clear check in and out instructions. A pleasant spacious property.

We had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Dart river … it is a central place for everything….the shops ….eateries….take aways and pubs! We enjoyed the ever changing views on the river ….we loved that you can take a ferry to Kingswear and lovely walks there too …..we wndt on a local walk to the castle and beyond all again wonderful breathtaking views and coastal paths galore…
