This was a brilliant find. Tracey the lovely owner also looks after the place, and does it to an immaculate standard. What really stood out was the thoughtful nature of everything provided. Really good quality kitchen equipment, with absolutely everything you would have in your own kitchen. Compact and clean bathrooms with complimentary abloutions. Decent storage space. Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.

We felt immediately at home; there was a bottle of wine, colouring sheets for the kids, and loads of local info. The location was stunning and the cabin was so cosy and warm. All 5 of us really loved our stay – thank you

“Well, this place certainly has the WOW Factor… absolutely stunning, I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a house and been blown away like this before. I booked this for my family to celebrate my sisters 40th and we all had the best time, the house is faultless and simply amazing, the views are amazing, location wise it’s a short walk to all the shops and pubs which again is a big plus, Paul was a great host friendly…

Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time

A very enjoyable stay! Dartmouth was lovely and the house is relatively close to the high street … but the hill up to the house was quite the incline – It was just about manageable with young children / pram.

“The house is very comfortable and well maintained . It offers everything you need. Three adults have enough space.You can quickly walk to the city center and have shopping ,pubs and restaurants. Parking near the property is always available.Very nice landscape. Small towns ,beaches and hiking trails are easy to reach. All in all recommended.”
