Overall a v. good stay. Communicative in advance and nice accommodation in a great village. Rooms good, bathrooms great. If I had to give any constructive feedback then it would have been great to have some sort of coffee pod machine (personal preference). Also the house is on the warm side but there are good fans in every room.

“The most perfect place to stay in Dartmouth for our group of 5! Beautiful spacious house, all the amenities you could need, comfy beds, beautiful garden and terrace with amazing views. The location is perfect as you have parking but also 5-10 minutes walk into the centre where you have many great pubs and restaurants. We will be back soon I’m sure!”

Such a lovely and spacious place! We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. We had a fantastic holiday staying at Ritson Farm, there was plenty of room for 10 adults, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, the beds were very comfy and it was great having so many bathrooms with so many of us. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin. It was well equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The location is peaceful and great for exploring local beaches, making it a good base for days out. Great location & lovely cottage. We had an issue with no hot water. I am dissatisfied with the hosts response that it was because the hot water was on a timer as it doesn’t make sense that it wasn’t set to come on for the morning. I would assume this has now been rectified, but I would check before you book.

Pear Tree Lodge was so homely, with a stunning garden, peaceful and with comfy beds. It’s in a quiet location but very walkable and close to the estuary and Kingsbridge. The South Hams are stunning 🏝️ A little gem of a place. 💎
