The most beautiful property! The view from house was spectacular, the whole house was decorated beautifully. You couldn’t find a better spot up the River Dart to watch the boats go by and the sun rise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous location with wonderful views. Very warm and cozy. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and pillows. Home from home! Plenty of space for seven of us and a toddler celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. We didn’t use the upper decking area because of the time of year but it was amazing! Also loved the front deck. We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

The house is absolutely beautiful and a very comfortable place to relax. The views were a joy and we appreciated the use of mirrors to enhance the views from all angles. We enjoyed the spa bath in the main bedroom. Lots of thoughtful touches.

Very spacious townhouse, extremely well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable with lovely white bedding. Very convenient location above the town in Dartmouth, but it is a fair walk down down the hill and then back up again. The area was quiet and it was great to have parking outside the house. Stunning views of the river great location. Walkable to lots of shops and pubs and some fabulous eateries. Enjoyed the stay and the house was lovely and well equipped. Hosts were great and responded quickly to all queries.

Nice place, comfortable. Only negative was that the hot tub wasn’t included in the price and this made us feel the accommodation was slight over priced. Unfortunately we didn’t realise it was extra cost as we booked before reading the entire passage on the property.
