The apartment is very well located and the parking permit was really useful as parking a large car in a small street can be a challenge! The owner was incredibly helpful, accommodating and very friendly too. Just got back from an amazing stay at 8 Dartmouth Grove. Views were simply amazing, had a lovely sunrise in the morning to enjoy. The lodge is finished to a high standard which made it an enjoyable place to unwind and relax. The hot tub was also a lovely luxury which should definitely be booked. Hosts very responsive and accommodating – already looking to book again for next year.

A fantastic stay. Beautiful views. Immaculate inside, and the Christmas Tree on arrival really made it special. Use of facilities such as the pool, kept the children busy. It was easy to find with lots to do around the area within driving distance. Would definitely return as ideal base to explore the area. Thank you.

Stunning property. Super warm. Hot tub very well maintained with daily checks. Lovely views. Small construction site nearby wasn’t a problem at all. Very responsive host. Great facilities but make sure you book spa well in advance!

Perfect accommodation – modern, spotlessly clean, great amenities, beautiful views and just perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!
