What an amazing place, surpassed our expectations and this is the first time I have written that in a review. The accommodation was much bigger than expected and ideal for our group. The children and big adults loved the table tennis and darts board. Beds were comfy and it was stylish in the way it was kitted out. We loved it and highly recommend.

A great place to stay if you’re wanting to explore Dartmouth! Only a 10 minute walk down into the centre. Lovely and clean, a great view of Dartmouth on the decking, super spacious bedrooms. Lots of stairs to climb to get inside, although we had a 6 month old baby and 3 year old with us and managed just fine.

We had such a lovely time at this house. The setting is breathtaking. The location is great. We hiked to both beaches, and to the small cove that is not accessible by cars. Our kids had a blast. Highly recommend.

A fabulous flat in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The car park we parked in was a 5 min walk max, we used the flat’s parking permit for the whole weekend. This house, unassuming from the outside, is located in a quiet neighborhood, but its interior is charming and pleasant. A small welcome pack with coffee was in the kitchen. The top terrace invites you to relax and unwind, with a lovely view of the harbour and early morning sun. The second terrace is perfect for breakfast. Lovely views, particularly liked the small roof top terrace. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. Bedrooms are small with no wardrobe space in main bedroom. Space would be tight for 4 adults but a great place, with great views to stay for a couple. Steps to property are steep.

We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing!
