We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Starting with the positives, it was super quiet and very peaceful in the evenings which was surprising as it’s on the main high street. The cottage was very clean and as expected. Check in was super smooth with the keys easy to find. All in all, we were pleased with everything. Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.

Wonderful location, as it is accessed via a car park with a very short walk along a rivers edge & into a field – finding it in the dark was a challenge but another time it would be a breeze. Beautiful place on the water – at high tide you felt as you were almost floating in the water. And so wonderful watching how your view altered throughout the day – with boats & hydrofoils.
