Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.

My partner and I booked this lodge as a last minute get away as we wanted something remote but with easy access to local towns with pubs and supermarkets nearby for essentials. The location was nothing short of perfect with privacy of the lodge ensuring we had a peaceful time to ourselves. A lovely little find in South Devon! We had a really relaxing stay at the flat, it’s perfectly located right in the centre of town, yet still peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s just a short walk to the ferries. Would definitely recommend!

The most beautiful property! The view from house was spectacular, the whole house was decorated beautifully. You couldn’t find a better spot up the River Dart to watch the boats go by and the sun rise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.
