Lovely place to stay. I became a regular at Seven Stars as it was really close. Convenient to everything. You do not need a car here. I even took the Tally Ho bus to Salcombe Beach.

Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee. Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.
