Wonderful location, as it is accessed via a car park with a very short walk along a rivers edge & into a field – finding it in the dark was a challenge but another time it would be a breeze. Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

We had a marvellous few days in Dartmouth. The Captains Cabin was queerly and had views to die for. Paul was a great host and responded promptly to messages. The cafe made breakfast easy and lived up to the reviews. Highly recommend the stay to anyone wanting something a bit different

This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend away from London with friends. We only needed 2 of the bedrooms, but 2 other rooms were available. We brought our dog as well. Everyone thought the property was perfect for all we wanted to do. We came to dine at Seahorse and go hiking in the area.
