Won’t hesitate to book this apartment again.
The apartment is lovely; the lounge and both bedrooms all have views across the Dart, which I had not expected. One of the main reasons for choosing the apartment was for the view so it was a bonus to find that the three rooms all had this view. The apartment was also very spacious; both bedrooms, bathrooms, and the lounge are large, so it never felt crowded with four adults staying there. Dartmouth is wonderful place to visit, I shall surely go back and won’t hesitate to book this apartment again.

We had a lovely stay
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was beautiful and clean and in a very convenient location as the town centre was walking distance as well as other attractions such as the castle! The only thing was that parking was challenging as there is a road closure just outside the flat. Otherwise, perfect! Thank you
Really lovely and would recommend
We are familiar with Dartmouth so this was easy to find. Gorgeous location and view. Flat comfortable and Paul super responsive. The road is blocked at the moment which I didn’t quite realise beforehand - so we had to carry our stuff but honestly not a big deal for us. We were only there for 3 days. Place clean and lovely. Sleeps four comfortably but you might need to put the smaller people in the double bed as it is quite small for two adults. Overall really lovely and would recommend to friends.

Beautiful well presented and comfortable accommodation. Quiet & peaceful location. Only downside was the parking but that goes for most of Dartmouth. Loved our time there. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely week
We had a lovely week i n Lower Deck. It is a short stroll down into the town and a longer walk in the opposite direction to the castle and round the headland. We loved waking up to the views across the water and we managed the whole week without using our car, taking ferries and buses to visit Totnes, Brixham and Agatha Christie's house, Greenway. Dartmouth has a lot of independent shops to indulge in and we ate out at Rockfish and the Bayards Cove Inn - both excellent. A lovely week away.
The views from the apartment are amazing
We had a great few days over the New Year. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to get into the town centre and also easy to get onto the coastal path for a walk by the sea. The views from the apartment are amazing
Fantastic property
Fantastic property, great views and wonderfully looked after. Had a really relaxing short break. Arrival instructions were perfect given the current road closure. Dartmouth is lovely with wonderful pubs, cafes and shops.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay in Dartmouth! The views from every room were amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and felt just like home. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the shops, pubs, and restaurants, which was really convenient. Paul fantastic, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !
We had a very enjoyable few days
We had a very enjoyable few days in this charming apartment. it was as good as and even better than the photos. It was beautifully appointed and the views from the windows over the Dart were breathtaking and wonderful to wake up to each morning. Luckily we were blessed with perfect autumn weather. Parking is a problem in most towns these days but we were lucky to find free parking at the end of the road. Paul was very good at keeping in touch and we had no problems. We would be delighted to stay again.

Our stay at Lower Deck was amazing, the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you need. A special mention must go to ' the trolley ' which made getting your luggage to and from the apartment very easy, such a great idea. one could spend the whole holiday in the apartment just looking at the view as it is so spectacular but Dartmouth has much to offer and the walk into town is quick and easy. we ate at 'the Amalfi ' and 'Bayards Cove Inn' both excellent and worth a visit. Paul is a great communicator, he responds quickly and all instructions and information are very clear. if you are visiting Dartmouth I would definitely recommend staying at Lower Deck.

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth - location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed - it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

We loved the location.
We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the estuary. The walk from the town is about 10mins and fine without a lot to carry. It’s quite a long incline. Not steep though. And it’s definitely worth it when you get there! Super comfortable and the photos don’t do it justice! We had a great stay and would certainly book it again. The park and ride is very efficient and we left the car there and used the many modes of transport to get around. Bus, boat, train all great!

The position of the property was lovely although the road in front of the property was closed which made finding on sat nav.

We loved our stay at Lower Deck, it was spotless, had everything we needed and was a short walk into Dartmouth town. The view from the property is stunning, and it’s such a peaceful spot which was perfect for our family getaway. Beds were very comfy and it was great having two bathrooms. Paul was very responsive and helpful - thank you for a great stay. Top tip: we had an amazing meal at Andria in the town centre! And the Rockfish fish and chips were fantastic too.

Absolutely fabulous luxury apartment with a view to surpass all others. Photos dont do the listing enough justice! Cosy beds, luxury bathrooms and everything you need for a home from home stay. Dartmouth took our breath away.

A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!

Dartmouth has been a family favourite for years but after many camping trips to the area we decided to upgrade and book this property. It did not disappoint. The views are incredible, we had everything we needed in the apartment and the location was perfect for walking into town. We would highly recommend and most certainly will be back.

We had the best time at this place. It was exactly as described. Beautiful views, no issues. We had been to dartmouth before and was familiar with the area. The apartment is placed in a great location, short walk into town and parking was fine. Great pubs and restaurants within a short walk and beautiful beaches within a short drive. Will definitely stay again!

Brilliant Visit
"We (my sister, brother-in-law and myself) have thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay in your property. It was brilliantly clean, well appointed with everything we could need, so warm as to make me think I was back home (Australia), and the walks to and from the town have brought memories of times growing up in Dartmouth. I was fitter back then!
If we ever get the chance we will thoroughly recommend this delightful holiday stay, its gorgeous views are to die for and it was just so quiet.

"We had an excellent week in Lower Deck. The cottage provided everything we needed. It is furnished to a high standard and well equipped. The beginning of town is around 5 mins and a little over 10 to the centre. Parking is always an issue in Dartmouth but doesn't spoil another great week."
