Parking:
The property has no parking on site; however, we offer the use of a local parking permit that allows free parking in the park and ride car park, located at the top of town with use of the park and ride bus included which will transport you to and from. You can still load and unload outside the property. If the park and ride isn't running then you can catch the number 90 bus from Sainsburys into the town centre. Street parking is also available directly outside the property, unrestricted in winter, and in summer available overnight and for up to two hours during the day. You can pull up outside for easy loading and unloading at any time.

From 1st October - 30th April the town also offers less restrictive parking measure so parking locally is often possible on The Embankment, South Town and Newcomen Road.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Children:
We operate a minimum age policy for younger guests of 12 years old.

Mobility:
Given the apartment is split over three floors we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Heywood offers nearby access to the South West Coast Path. So, simply step out your front door to explore South Devon’s beautiful coastline. Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear to visit The Daymark and experience the beautiful views.

Why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.
