We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Starting with the positives, it was super quiet and very peaceful in the evenings which was surprising as it’s on the main high street. The cottage was very clean and as expected. Check in was super smooth with the keys easy to find. All in all, we were pleased with everything. We actually couldn’t quite believe how incredible the view of the River Dart was from the living room and the master bedroom. Absolutely stunning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Relaxed comfortable place to stay for a girls weekend. Really great kitchen and open plan lounge area to socialise. We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow with ample space for a family if 4. Lovely kitchen and dining area and patio to sit in outside to enjoy the evening. Kingsbridge is a lovely area and walkable from the bungalow to explore, highly recommend the Crabshell Inn! Easy access to beaches such as Bantham.

Just back from a fantastic three nights at the place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. We had a wonderful stay at this stunning lodge! The property is hi-spec, very modern, and impeccably designed, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. The golf and recreation facilities were excellent, and the location was ideal for a relaxing yet active break. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. We loved our stay at Pear Tree Lodge.
