Location fantastic with stunning elevated views of the estuary. The pretty front garden has 2 seating areas to enjoy the panoramic views. Living room and 2 bedrooms (1 compact single and one spacious double) have lovely bay window views. Dining area to rear of living room limited for space with seating for more than 4 tricky. We had a great couple of days here. I stupidly left my suitcase and Paul very helpfully let me know. Lots of info and it is such a stunning location. Weather wasn’t great but when you have beaches and views like that it really doesn’t matter. Beds comfy, everything lovely and clean. Would definitely come back again. Thank you

Perfect venue for large family gathering – room choices were great. Immaculate presentation with all mod cons. Amazing views and location. Would advise travelling light as the steps down and up to the house are not for the faint hearted and there is no parking outside the property. All being said – we would definitely come back and stay – lovely!

A lovely flat with fantastic views out across the River Dart. We stayed here at the end of a week’s walk along part of the South West Coast Path and it was an excellent base for Dartmouth/KIngswear for a couple of days before we headed home.

The upstairs has views of the hills and my partner loved sitting out on the little balcony and watching the night sky. We were there in hot weather. It worked for us since we were out during the day. It was easy to cool the top floor in the evenings by opening up all of the windows. The bedroom downstairs was always cool enough to sleep well.

We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site.
