Excellent accommodation in every way!. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need and everything was spotlessly clean. The view from every room was fabulous…lots to see in the harbour, so sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine in the sunshine was a really relaxing way to watch the work go by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Brambles annexe was easy to find, very quiet location and a nice little base to explore the local area from. The property is looked after by the lovely couple next door who popped by to check everything was ok. On arrival we messaged Paul to let him know the loo seat was very loose, quick response and repaired straight away. Really lovely property, beautifully decorated. Perfect base for short break. We did not struggle to park on the road near the property, but did not then move the car. Very convenient for all local shops, bars and restaurants. Lacking wine glasses (all mismatched). I would imagine the living area would be very squashed if fully occupied, fine for two of us and dog. We had a lovely stay. The barn was well equipped and in a great location with the beach just a 15-20 walk away and the village store and pub just around the corner. The area is beautiful with a lot of stunning coastal walks and Dartmouth and Brixham not far away. We can highly recommend staying at this place.

Apartment was spacious. A long one way system made finding the front of the building a challenge. The satnav takes you to the wrong side of the building. Apartment is before Hoyles garage oin the Lower Contour Road.

I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain.
