Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.

Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

“This is a magical home with the most beautiful view of the sea entrance to Dartmouth. Couldn’t have asked for better weather in December waking up to blue skies and sunshine. It’s worth the journey once you navigate all the steps and luggage down to Paul’s place. Would come again and bring more guests as there is plenty of room here for a big group. Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !
