What an amazing place, surpassed our expectations and this is the first time I have written that in a review. The accommodation was much bigger than expected and ideal for our group. The children and big adults loved the table tennis and darts board. Beds were comfy and it was stylish in the way it was kitted out. We loved it and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. We loved staying here as it had all the facilities we needed, felt extremely comfortable and had a fantastic garden. We enjoyed having the games room, with table tennis and darts. We would recommend staying here and we will be booking again soon.

Such a lovely and spacious place! We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. The property was a great place to stay while we enjoyed a few days in Totnes. The property had everything we needed, was spotless and in a peaceful location, yet just steps from the bustle of Totnes and the various restaurants, pubs and cafes. We would definitely stay here again.

“A fabulous stay – the cottage is a good size with everything you need. Very very comfortable, lovely leather sofas and a wood burner for the evenings. Separate kitchen and eating area – 2 double bedrooms with classic bath in one and a shower room. High chairs and stair gates available. Very clean and warm. Lovely, homely cabin in the woods. The whole place was well designed and thought out with attractive interiors. We only had breakfast in, so can’t comment on kitchen facilities really, but everything was spotless. The bathrooms had soft towels and were again very clean.

We had a really lovely stay at Galions quay. The house is beautiful and immaculately appointed. Its location is perfect for being close to Dartmouth town but also just removed enough to be quiet. We especially loved being near to Dartmouth castle and the coves for swimming. The house itself has everything we needed and Paul was a great host. We’d stay there again without question.

The property was as described and well equipped. Parking was excellent and under a canopy so out of reach of seagulls! We are very familiar with Kingsbridge which is good and central and has 2 supermarkets if not planning to eat out every day. In all we would certainly recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.
