Great location, brilliant parking which is a real bonus in Kingsbridge. The garden is lovely with a nice balcony and furniture. Good information pack in the property and communication is good from the owner with clear check in and out instructions. A pleasant spacious property.

Easy to find great location for exploring Brixham, short walk into town and harbour as well as well as exploring Berry hill and coastal walks. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay, great place.

“This is a magical home with the most beautiful view of the sea entrance to Dartmouth. Couldn’t have asked for better weather in December waking up to blue skies and sunshine. Cedar House is a beautiful property with space for 8 people. Well fitted out with thoughtful touches. It is located in the lovely village of Stoke Fleming, with a great pub and Italian restaurant within a few minutes walk. The beautiful shingle beach at Blackpool Sands is about 15 mins walk on the coast path (fairly steep on the way back!)

We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! Just got back from an amazing stay at 8 Dartmouth Grove. Views were simply amazing, had a lovely sunrise in the morning to enjoy. The lodge is finished to a high standard which made it an enjoyable place to unwind and relax. The hot tub was also a lovely luxury which should definitely be booked. Hosts very responsive and accommodating – already looking to book again for next year.
