Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river. The steam train station is literally less than 5 minutes away and the steam trains can be seen chugging along from the property. I asked for a late checkout and Paul was very accommodating. The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

Just a great cottage, superb views, spotlessly clean throughout, due to the storm things took a bashing , sadly the diversion through Kingsbridge was a major inconvenience. A beautiful setting in Devon. The house sits on a gorgeous plot surrounded by rolling hills and a super garden. We had three families in the house, 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for us all to not feel on top of each other. Host sent a really useful link with all information required for check in and our stay, as well as tips on places to explore, which we used alot! We actually couldn’t quite believe how incredible the view of the River Dart was from the living room and the master bedroom. Absolutely stunning. We brought our binoculars and loved being able to see all the boats coming and going and to watch the dinghy racing right in front of us. Really clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds.
