A fantastic stay. Beautiful views. Immaculate inside, and the Christmas Tree on arrival really made it special. Use of facilities such as the pool, kept the children busy. It was easy to find with lots to do around the area within driving distance. Would definitely return as ideal base to explore the area. Thank you.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Relaxed comfortable place to stay for a girls weekend. Really great kitchen and open plan lounge area to socialise. The place was a great space! The kitchen was clean and it was lovely to have a big dining area as well as a comfortable living room to relax in. A lovely place for our weekend family get together. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Space for us all. Our youngest member is 2 and we appreciated the stair gate. Paul was very helpful and responsive to messages.

I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain. A beautiful private house with a lovely garden for dog and children. Surrounded by high hedges you wouldn’t have known there were houses around at all. Many butterflies on the hedge in the back garden and we even had a pheasant arrive on the front lawn one day.
