Fantastic place, great size and extremely well placed for the town, just a 1 minute walk. Bed and shower great and kitchen very well equipped. Very quite area and the parking permit is such a great addition. Only a 5 minute walk and spaces always available for us. You can park outside for an hour between 9am to 6pm. Outside of these hours is fine. Dartmouth offers so much and we really enjoyed the local area. Booked…

Really lovely property, beautifully decorated. Perfect base for short break. We did not struggle to park on the road near the property, but did not then move the car. Very convenient for all local shops, bars and restaurants. Lacking wine glasses (all mismatched). I would imagine the living area would be very squashed if fully occupied, fine for two of us and dog. We had the best time at this place. It was exactly as described. Beautiful views, no issues. We had been to dartmouth before and was familiar with the area. The apartment is placed in a great location, short walk into town and parking was fine. Great pubs and restaurants within a short walk and beautiful beaches within a short drive.
