The place was a great space! The kitchen was clean and it was lovely to have a big dining area as well as a comfortable living room to relax in. Our dog loved the garden and you can see the harbour which was a bonus! Three comfy double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to choose from. The street was quiet & plenty of space to park! What an amazing apartment! The views are stunning. The beds were great and everything was spotless. Long stay parking during the day was a bit tricky as the road to Warfleet is shut so it’s a long drive round but not a major problem for us. We had a brilliant stay and Paul was very helpful and responsive.

The photos of this place don’t actually do it justice! Such a beautiful home with the most incredible views. We had to park in the main car park and then walk to the house which I’m sure would have been less stressful if we didn’t have a lot of bags, but we managed! We would honestly come and stay here again. Watching the boats from the top window was so peaceful!

A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

This apartment was absolute heaven! my husband and I had the best time with our 9 month old baby – Paul was so helpful with our stay – there was even a Christmas tree up which was so lovely ❤️ The apartment had comfy beds, great kitchen and one of the best views of Dartmouth overlooking the river and the mouth of the ocean. Our stay at Lower Deck was amazing, the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you need.
