We had a great stay at the property which was ideal for our family and would happily return there. The location was brilliant for walking into town with excellent crabbing for the children to enjoy! The parking space was a huge bonus and as we were out of season and took a second car, free on road parking was easily accessible near by. So much to do in and around Dartmouth for all ages to have fun!

The accommodation was lovely, very clean, bigger than the photos suggest. The views are idillic. Tyhe beds were comfortable. The patio is a bonus, exp in Dartmouth which often doesn’t have outside space. Don’t be put off by the lack of allocated parking. With a little management of what is available publicly , we were able to park easily even in late June. We will definitely book again.

Amazing weekend stay for my mums 60th birthday! The accommodation was exactly as pictured, very clean and came with lots of homely extras that you don’t always get! Instructions and communication all very clear! 5 minute drive down into the beautiful town of Dartmouth, with lovely places to eat or just a general stunning walk around. We added the hot tub and it was just perfect!

We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. Absolutely loved this place and don’t think the pictures do it justice. Beautiful cottage with amazing fireplace and period features. It was perfect for a winter break, a really cosy and peaceful place, but also imagine it would make a wonderful spring/summer break with the orchard and bbq areas.
