The Townhouse was nice, but a little cold. It was clean and well maintained. Not too far from Dartmouth shops and restaurants. Easy walk in, but a big climb back – good workout 😁.

Fantastic stay here for my parents’ Christmas present. Beautifully kept property, that accommodated us all perfectly. Plenty of space for 7 adults to all live, socialise and enjoy. Absolutely loved this place and don’t think the pictures do it justice. Beautiful cottage with amazing fireplace and period features. It was perfect for a winter break, a really cosy and peaceful place, but also imagine it would make a wonderful spring/summer break with the orchard and bbq areas. The views from this house are stunning and the property is modern, clean and well equipped. On arrival at the house the garage was unavailable as the floor had been painted. As this is the location of the washer and dryer it was inconvenient not only for lack of off street parking but also the unavailability of laundry facilities. We had an excellent stay at Lower Heywood in Dartmouth. The apartment was beautifully presented, very well equipped, and maintained to a high standard throughout. The rainfall shower was superb. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we were staying longer! The house is beautiful and great for a big family group. The kitchen is a lovely social space, the lounge is so comfortable and we loved eating outside on the patio. Easy bus journey into Dartmouth if you don’t want to drive and find parking. The Green Dragon pub in the village is brilliant for food and drinks – the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
