This place was beautiful with a lovely kitchen and living area. We loved sitting outside in the garden and enjoying the sunshine in the garden. The recommendedations for local restaurants and places to visit were really helpful

Fantastic stay here for my parents’ Christmas present. Beautifully kept property, that accommodated us all perfectly. Plenty of space for 7 adults to all live, socialise and enjoy. We had a very enjoyable few days in this charming apartment. it was as good as and even better than the photos. It was beautifully appointed and the views from the windows over the Dart were breathtaking and wonderful to wake up to each morning. Luckily we were blessed with perfect autumn weather. This is a really nicely appointed flat with lovely bathrooms in a good location. A bonus was the proximity of the bus stop so we could get a bus to and from Dartmouth (and elsewhere if we’d wanted) without having to worry about parking. We had poor weather but had it been sunny the two balconies would have been delightful. An extremely pleasant stay.

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Dartmouth. Easy access to all the town centre has to offer without the usual climb up a big hill. Clean and tidy, great for couple with the bath and good shower with plenty of storage. Bed was comfy. Would recommend to others.
