This house was perfect for our stay! We were 2 adults and 4 kids so the 5 bedrooms worked well (one is on the ground floor). There is loads of space and we felt right at home!

I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth. We didn’t mind the short uphill walk to walk off all the food we were eating! I particularly liked the big red/orange chair and watching the boats pass from the window. Such a unique place. So cleverly fitted out as a boat that during a storm we believed we were on the high seas! Stunning views, wonderful food at Alf Rescos and the parking permit made things so easy. The position in central Dartmouth couldn’t be better.
