Pretty flat, beautiful decorated and just right for 3 people working the food festival. Easy to find, parking might be an issue in summer but in October it was a breeze. Great hosts and would definitely recommend.

We had a great couple of days here. I stupidly left my suitcase and Paul very helpfully let me know. Lots of info and it is such a stunning location. Weather wasn’t great but when you have beaches and views like that it really doesn’t matter. Beds comfy, everything lovely and clean. Would definitely come back again. Thank you

We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cott. Directions for access were clear. The cottage was well-furnished and the beds were super comfy. We were grateful for the fans as the heatwave meant it got a bit stuffy at night!

We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink.
