Great little flat but you need to be fit and able with steps to flat and steps to balcony. Perfect for the two of us but think it would be cramped with 4 people. Great location but parking tricky – need to park outside Dartmouth and get bus in. Clean and tidy with washing machine but I’d want a dishwasher if we were eating in! Wasn’t an issue for us as ate out every night! Would stay again!

We had a great few days here as a family. The lodge itself was immaculate and well presented. A short walk down the hill to the restaurant, bar and spa facilities, which were also very good. The discount on food and spa was a bonus. There are only about half a dozen lodges, meaning it was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative was that you cannot easily walk from the site as it is located straight off of a busy …

Beautiful location with wonderful views. Ideally situated with local amenities conveniently situated. Not easy for those with walking difficulties as there are steep steps down to the property. Does need some attention to the interior and exterior decoration as it is showing signs of wear. That aside this is a very nice home to enjoy whatever the weather with picture windows and rap around terraces
