We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

Beautifully presented accommodation, spotlessly clean – everything looked new. The location was perfect for us to get around Dartmouth and the free parking was a big money saver. The outdoor garden was ample for our needs but does require climbing up a flight of stairs from the property and is overlooked. A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!

A very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth. Two bathrooms which was a bonus and a responsive host. Parking was available on the road outside the apartment.

The location was great, the flat was clean, heating worked well and the parking permit was an added bonus. However it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get the rather inadequate shower to turn on, and also how to receive a signal on the television. Not bad, but not great either.
