Stunning property. Super warm. Hot tub very well maintained with daily checks. Lovely views. Small construction site nearby wasn’t a problem at all. Very responsive host. Great facilities but make sure you book spa well in advance!

“We (my sister, brother-in-law and myself) have thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay in your property. It was brilliantly clean, well appointed with everything we could need, so warm as to make me think I was back home (Australia), and the walks to and from the town have brought memories of times growing up in Dartmouth. Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time

What an amazing Apartment and so close to the town, 1 minute walk. Lounge, kitchen/dining are perfect for two. Great facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom downstairs made the place feel a bit different and special. Great bath and shower doesn’t come much better. Would expect to pay more for this place!

Very clean and stylish home with all you need. Location was really good although there is a hill to walk up and down into Dartmouth – we didn’t find that a problem and the town in lovely.

“Fabulous little ‘find’ in the heart of Dartmouth above a wonderful cafe serving incredible breakfasts! The room was clean & functional with seaside memorabilia, paintings & a comfy king size bed & the coffee & tea making facilities were a pleasing extra! The bathroom was like a tardis with a huge shower & served its purpose for our stay!”
