Being able to get delicious coffee from 2 minutes around the corner was a real bonus and there is a pub almost next door. Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

We had a lovely stay at this property in Dartmouth, the house was an ideal place for our family, being close to the town and having its own parking. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
