Heywood was a lovely, comfortable and homely place to stay. Ideally situated in the center of Dartmouth so everything was easily accessible. The parking permit for the local car park was extremely useful. Comfortable bed, good shower and a nice homely environment. We shall be back.

A gorgeous stay between all the places worth visiting in South Devon, and a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Totnes. Really peaceful, and a beautifully restored building. Best suited to those with a car as it is remote. Highly recommended.

We had the best time at this place. It was exactly as described. Beautiful views, no issues. We had been to dartmouth before and was familiar with the area. The apartment is placed in a great location, short walk into town and parking was fine. Great pubs and restaurants within a short walk and beautiful beaches within a short drive. Will definitely stay again!

Ritson Farm was perfect for our needs. The accomodation is great, lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces and a large and very well equipped kitchen. The setting was very peaceful and our grandchildren loved seeing the donkeys in the field and playing in the garden. We were only there for 2 nights for a family wedding and would have liked to stay longer!

“Had a really nice stay over Easter. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you’d need. Good parking right outside the property makes things easy. A bit of a climb from the town, but not too strenuous and helps to burn off the calories !! Great host, everything went very smoothly”.

I’d definitely stay there again. incredibly beautiful views and a very cosy apartment. Can’t emphasize how beautiful the view was!! we spent all our time sitting next to the large French windows! a very nice kitchen and squeaky clean bathrooms. Great location in Kingswear, close to the ferry, train and bus. I’d recommend 100%

The place is really comfortable and has plenty of space! The beds are comfortable and showers hot, and the kitchen fully equipped. The lounge is a lovely place to relax, and the view is breathtaking. The ferry for Dartmouth is a few minutes walk away, as are two lovely pubs! Walk to The Ship inn for a sing along to some sea shanties on a Thursday evening. You need to bring soap and toiletries for the bathrooms. The …
