Great location in Dartmouth with all things to do a short walk away. Lot of pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a lovely view from the apartment and the facilities are good. Very responsive customer service with helpful recommendations for food/local attractions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

Fabulous location and ideal base to explore it from. Facilities were good and the house was clean and comfortable. The Host was contactable, accommodating and responsive. Would thoroughly recommend whether for multiple guests or just as a getaway for a couple.

We loved our stay in this quirky apartment with a nautical theme, full of character and fantastic views of the Dart estuary. Paul and his team were very attentive and helpful. It was the perfect stress free holiday we had hoped for.

We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

Our stay at Lower Deck was amazing, the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Stunning property. Super warm. Hot tub very well maintained with daily checks. Lovely views. Small construction site nearby wasn’t a problem at all. Very responsive host. Great facilities but make sure you book spa well in advance!
