“We loved the Hen House and it was spotless. It was perfect for our family of 4 and would easily and comfortably host 3 kids with parents. We had amazing weather and spent several days at Bantham Beach, a day at Start Point and a day at Woodlands theme park. We have just returned from a few days at the lodge in between Christmas and New Year. It was absolutely gorgeous , so cosy and in such a beautiful setting. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas as well. We really loved the log burner in the evenings, it’s clear that everything has been thought out carefully in the lodge. The beds are so comfortable and the decor absolutely lovely, we were sad to leave!

Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at Dart Lookout – it’s in a great part of town and had garage parking which was a huge bonus. Beautiful home with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.
