We throughly enjoyed our stay and the barn suited all our needs. Beds are comfortable with good quality bed linen. Great showers in both bathrooms again with good quality towels. We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. A great house for a un fussy large family stay… well equipped, plenty of rooms for all our needs (eating, playing games and chilling and plenty of loos!) Very pretty surroundings and not too far (if you drive!) from the lovely towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.

The property was a great place to stay while we enjoyed a few days in Totnes. The property had everything we needed, was spotless and in a peaceful location, yet just steps from the bustle of Totnes and the various restaurants, pubs and cafes. We would definitely stay here again.

Just back from a fantastic three nights at the place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. The most beautiful property! The view from house was spectacular, the whole house was decorated beautifully. You couldn’t find a better spot up the River Dart to watch the boats go by and the sun rise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
