The property was a great place to stay while we enjoyed a few days in Totnes. The property had everything we needed, was spotless and in a peaceful location, yet just steps from the bustle of Totnes and the various restaurants, pubs and cafes. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing weekend stay for my mums 60th birthday! The accommodation was exactly as pictured, very clean and came with lots of homely extras that you don’t always get! Instructions and communication all very clear! 5 minute drive down into the beautiful town of Dartmouth, with lovely places to eat or just a general stunning walk around. We added the hot tub and it was just perfect!

Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river.
