Amazing house, perfect for our family trip. Access to the property is through a very narrow walled drive way which would not be suitable for all cars so bear this in mind. Great location just a short drive or bus trip to Dartmouth. 20 minute walk to Blackpool Sands beach or via the bus which is very quick. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer space.

A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

The Apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the shops and river. Parking permit for car park which is only 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with lots of cupboard space to store your own food, which isn’t always the case in rental properties. We absolutely love the Rivershack and have stayed several times in the past. The location is amazing, right on the river. We swam everyday when the tide was in. The shack is small but has everything you need, from a utility area for wetsuits and muddy boots, a hot shower as well as a free standing bath, really comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Paul always communicated well with my queries. I would recommend using the postcode to find the property as the road name didn’t work. The property is down a very quiet country lane – one of those very narrow, grass growing in the middle country lanes. Great location, weather was a bit mixed when we stayed but with such a great view did not matter. Being able to step out straight into the beach was a joy having two energetic dogs. Nice pub short walk away.
