Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !

We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. Only thing I would say is the steps up to the property are a mission with a baby/pram however this is to be expected in Dartmouth. Was a bonus to have a parking space right outside the property. Perfect location with great view over the river. Comfortable sofas and beds. Easy reach of South Coast path, ferry, station, pubs and local shop.
