The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

A hideaway above the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth. Great views and super comfy mattress! The apartment is totally original and quirky. Loved it. Paul has been really helpful from the initial booking and after check out. Easy parking either on the street or in the nearby car park. And the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain. Had a wonderful stay at this place in Dartmouth. Location was the standout. 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to parking and to the waterfront. Clean, well-stocked, and great communication from Paul. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location was great, the flat was clean, heating worked well and the parking permit was an added bonus. However it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get the rather inadequate shower to turn on, and also how to receive a signal on the television. Not bad, but not great either.
