Great location, easy walk to everything in town and just a short walk from the car park. Really comfy and cosy. There was a bit of noise from the two local pubs but it didn’t really impact or bother us. Would happily return next time.

This place in Dartmouth is wonderful. A very spacious house that is perfectly located near to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. The view from the front of the house is to die for. The garage is larger than it looks as is a real bonus for Dartmouth (where it is notoriously difficult to park). Lower Heywood is well located, very close to beautiful views, shops and local restaurants. Out of season, if you’re lucky there is on street parking opposite which we benefitted from during our stay. The accommodation is well appointed with good quality fixtures and fittings and equipment. It is comfortable and warm. There is a stylish free standing bath as well as a good shower. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful place in lovely surroundings, very spacious and good instructions. There are lots of very narrow lanes around the area so be prepared for lots of reversing!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean, and every detail had been considered—from an extra fan to earplugs. Communication with the host was excellent.
