Incredible house with the most amazing views! We stayed for 5 days for my Mum’s 70th birthday – 6 adults and 4 kids. We had such a lovely time, staying in the house and exploring Dartmouth. The house is very well equipped. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tremorvah. The windows let in a lot of light and the views were beautiful. It was great watching the activity on the water. We were very impressed by the apartment, everything was of top quality and spotlessly clean, you couldn’t wish for more. Shops and restaurants were not too far to walk to, with lovely views over the river/estuary. We would love to return sometime in the future. …

I’d definitely stay there again. incredibly beautiful views and a very cosy apartment. Can’t emphasize how beautiful the view was!! we spent all our time sitting next to the large French windows! a very nice kitchen and squeaky clean bathrooms. Great location in Kingswear, close to the ferry, train and bus. I’d recommend 100%

This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.

“This is a magical home with the most beautiful view of the sea entrance to Dartmouth. Couldn’t have asked for better weather in December waking up to blue skies and sunshine. It’s worth the journey once you navigate all the steps and luggage down to Paul’s place. Would come again and bring more guests as there is plenty of room here for a big group.
