A fabulous house in a beautiful location. It really did have a luxury feel. A very well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for cooking your own meals. We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of March & had a wonderful stay. The descriptions and pictures do not do this house justice & the master bedroom and outside seating even had a sea view! We travelled as a girl group of friends but all agreed we would be back with our partners and families.

The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

Place was lovely and clean, instructions from Paul were easy to enter and leave property On a quiet road about 15 minute walk from the town, going in is easy as its downhill back is a bit harder as it eventually becomes quite steep. Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. We had a lovely stay in Dartmouth, the location is absolutely amazing we could walk in seconds to the lower ferry and the best part of town. No view parking or garden but that’s the compromise.
