Would stay again and would recommend. Visitors need to be conscious of the up hill walk back from town especially as the bus runs to a limited schedule

We had a wonderful stay ! The house was super and all our family enjoyed the location. We were there for our son’s wedding so all the family enjoyed it ! I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of a birthday treat or special occasion for all your friends it’s the best !

We are familiar with Dartmouth so this was easy to find. Gorgeous location and view. Flat comfortable and Paul super responsive. The road is blocked at the moment which I didn’t quite realise beforehand – so we had to carry our stuff but honestly not a big deal for us. We were only there for 3 days. Place clean and lovely. What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. A fantastic stay. Beautiful views. Immaculate inside, and the Christmas Tree on arrival really made it special. Use of facilities such as the pool, kept the children busy. A return visit for us as a family of four. Beautiful location and very close to Dartmouth and a short drive to Salcombe. Set on a golf course it was a perfect spot for golf, sun, sea and amenities. Paul was a great host and was very prompt to answer/resolve queries. Will definitely be returning to this little haven.
