“Great location about 10 mins walk to centre of town with free parking. Very spacious house very clean and tidy and very nice welcome basket with M&S products. Relaxing terrace area to rear although quite a few steps up to reach but super views. Also a nice little seating area in the front garden just outside the house”.

A lovely, cosy little house, a short walk into the town. We really enjoyed our time at this house. It has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, a lovely wood burner, 2 tvs with Netflix etc, comfy beds, and ideal for a family as well as our Labrador. “We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Higher Venice for my mother’s 60th Birthday. Plenty of room for us all as a party of 7 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. Lovely views and a very quiet location. Property was very clean and had all amenities required including a nice patio and BBQ area. A great base from which to explore this beautiful part of Devon”.

A lovely place for our weekend family get together. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Space for us all. Our youngest member is 2 and we appreciated the stair gate. Paul was very helpful and responsive to messages.

Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. Despite the time of year we had glorious weather; it seems to have it’s own micro climate which left us mostly sunny and dry whilst most other places had rain?
