The place was a great space! The kitchen was clean and it was lovely to have a big dining area as well as a comfortable living room to relax in. Our dog loved the garden and you can see the harbour which was a bonus! Three comfy double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to choose from. The street was quiet & plenty of space to park! Really lovely house in a great location. Really well equipped with a lovely homely feel. Would definitely recommend. We love Dartmouth and definitely like staying Kingswear side…the girls love getting the boat over and love the steam packet pub 😂 The house is ideal.

Just back from a fantastic three nights at the place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was a great place to stay while we enjoyed a few days in Totnes. The property had everything we needed, was spotless and in a peaceful location, yet just steps from the bustle of Totnes and the various restaurants, pubs and cafes. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for easy walking to Totnes shops and restaurants, and also just 15 min walk from train station. The spotless and well organised flat was perfect for our four night break. Paul provided clear instructions and was very flexible.
