A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don’t do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property. We had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Dart river … it is a central place for everything….the shops ….eateries….take aways and pubs! We enjoyed the ever changing views on the river ….we loved that you can take a ferry to Kingswear and lovely walks there too …..we wndt on a local walk to the castle and beyond all again wonderful breathtaking views and coastal paths galore…
