A great place to stay if you’re wanting to explore Dartmouth! Only a 10 minute walk down into the centre. Lovely and clean, a great view of Dartmouth on the decking, super spacious bedrooms. Lots of stairs to climb to get inside, although we had a 6 month old baby and 3 year old with us and managed just fine.

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

A great home, well suited to families. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs and had loads of space. The garden is huge and fantastic to play around, there is also a BBQ to use and lots of board games plus the table tennis table to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Longish walk to the beach but great location close to both Thurlestone and Batham Beaches.

This apartment was absolute heaven! my husband and I had the best time with our 9 month old baby – Paul was so helpful with our stay – there was even a Christmas tree up which was so lovely ❤️ The apartment had comfy beds, great kitchen and one of the best views of Dartmouth overlooking the river and the mouth of the ocean. Dart Loft was a beautifully appointed flat in the centre of Dartmouth, ideal for exploring the area, including with our new baby. For unloading, there are three 1 hour parking bays directly outside the property, which proved very handy on arrival. Amazing weekend stay for my mums 60th birthday! The accommodation was exactly as pictured, very clean and came with lots of homely extras that you don’t always get! Instructions and communication all very clear! 5 minute drive down into the beautiful town of Dartmouth, with lovely places to eat or just a general stunning walk around. We added the hot tub and it was just perfect!
