The upstairs has views of the hills and my partner loved sitting out on the little balcony and watching the night sky. We were there in hot weather. It worked for us since we were out during the day. It was easy to cool the top floor in the evenings by opening up all of the windows. The bedroom downstairs was always cool enough to sleep well.

The property is down a very quiet country lane – one of those very narrow, grass growing in the middle country lanes. We were a family of 8 adults and 3 children who stayed for 5 days. The location was a perfect base for exploring Devon by car. We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation was spacious, layout was perfect for us as grandparents were accommodated on ground floor and our 2 families upstairs with a perfect split with 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. 3 nights wasn’t long enough. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility with the sounds of the waves and the view from the lounge was the best. We’re not hikers but there are some lovely walks along the coastal path and the sea swims were wonderful. Just 3 friends having some respite from life and work, couldn’t if asked for a better location.

The house had everything we needed, and we especially loved the design and the beautiful kitchen. But the best thing was the location, so close to the high street, the river and the bus stop, while still feeling wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We had a really relaxing few days here and would happily stay again

Perfect accommodation – modern, spotlessly clean, great amenities, beautiful views and just perfect for exploring the surrounding area. it’s a very stylish spacious apartment, with very large beds and spacious bathrooms. however it would be nice to have a few little essentials on arrival, tea bags, coffee pods, biscuits, that is just a nice welcome when you’ve travelled a very long way. it didn’t effect us as we brought our own, but there was nothing to wash up with or wipe the counters with and no dishwasher tabs, only 2 tea towels. otherwise we ha…

Had the most wonderful stay at Stargazy! Beautiful views, right near the beach, sitting on the balcony with the sun shining and just relaxing! The bar area outside was great fun too.
