Great views. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Downside it’s on 4 floors with spiral stairs. Only 1 bedroom en-suite so the others tend to share 1 bathroom not ideal with 8 adults in the house. Water pressure not great. Needs black out curtains as rooms light at 5. Long trek to the kitchen from the road. Very narrow to get to the property. But we did have a good time.

This is a great place to stay in the middle of Totnes restaurants and cafes. Despite the central location the place is really quiet and peaceful.

My family and I had a fantastic time. The house and location are stunning. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The views are amazing. And Ted, our dog, loved walking to the castle and fort above. Perfect!

What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

The most beautiful property! The view from house was spectacular, the whole house was decorated beautifully. You couldn’t find a better spot up the River Dart to watch the boats go by and the sun rise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
