We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After wet beach walks we enjoyed warming up in front of the log burner watching a film. A really peaceful location and we felt right at home and comfortable straight away. Location was great for exploring neighbouring towns, beaches and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

Spotless house and well equipped with everything we needed, but not so full that u couldn’t store anything which I’ve found with a lot of previous places. Lovely space and nicely furnished. Garden was beautiful, not that we got to enjoy it because of the weather unfortunately. Great parking on drive and brilliant to have the utility space for wet coats and wellies. Torcross is a very special place and the cottage was great. The picture window was perfect for watching the gorgeous view and the seal swimming past. Listening to the waves on the stones as we fell asleep was so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave.

Great place – the garage parking is a rare thing and the views from the property are perfect. From watching the ferries, to the weather coming in, you can spend hours sitting in the bay windows quite happily! A very short walk into town as well.

We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. Pear Tree Lodge was so homely, with a stunning garden, peaceful and with comfy beds. It’s in a quiet location but very walkable and close to the estuary and Kingsbridge. The South Hams are stunning 🏝️ A little gem of a place. 💎

Dart Loft was a beautifully appointed flat in the centre of Dartmouth, ideal for exploring the area, including with our new baby. For unloading, there are three 1 hour parking bays directly outside the property, which proved very handy on arrival.
