We had a lovely stay at here. Beautiful property, spacious and clean. Only thing I would say is the steps up to the property are a mission with a baby/pram however this is to be expected in Dartmouth. Was a bonus to have a parking space right outside the property. Great location, easy walk to everything in town and just a short walk from the car park. Really comfy and cosy. There was a bit of noise from the two local pubs but it didn’t really impact or bother us. Would happily return next time.

This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend away from London with friends. We only needed 2 of the bedrooms, but 2 other rooms were available. We brought our dog as well. Everyone thought the property was perfect for all we wanted to do. We came to dine at Seahorse and go hiking in the area. We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in Dart Lookout for 8 days and it really is a sanctuary and a place to relax and watch the world go by. Birds, cruise ships, staff from the hotel below, next door’s dog – I watched and enjoyed them all from the window seat of dreams that is the best part of this house. We had a lovely stay, the apartment has been beautifully renovated & looked just like the pictures. We had great weather so could make use of the balcony. We were able to walk down to the harbour area avoiding the main road, and caught a bus back to save a walk up the hill in the heat. Any pub or restaurant visits require going down to the harbour as this is in a residential area, but the location is very quiet and …
