We came for a much needed break and Lower Heywood was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved the roll top bath, powerful shower and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. “This house is absolutely breathtaking, the most fabulous place we’ve ever seen! Wow! Perfect location, perfect hosts. They even kindly let us extend your checkout which was so so kind. Can’t wait to return, photos don’t do this place justice!!! I can’t wait to stay again! Kitchen well equipped, we cooked supper for 10! Fab! Comfortable beds and luxury bedding, such a treat!”

The property was as described and well equipped. Parking was excellent and under a canopy so out of reach of seagulls! We are very familiar with Kingsbridge which is good and central and has 2 supermarkets if not planning to eat out every day. In all we would certainly recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.

“This is a characterful, quaint studio apartment, at the very top of a house right in the heart of Dartmouth, above a bustling and delicious café. The views across the estuary are unrivalled. The furnishings are characterful, the kitchen basic but does the job for a simple meal and ideal for a sunset drink and nibbles on the little balcony which is in the best possible place”.

Very spacious townhouse, extremely well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable with lovely white bedding. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth.
