Absolutely gorgeous flat, brilliantly located in the centre of Totnes. Loved sitting in the sunny living room & kitchen! Bed & pillows were super comfy. I would have appreciated handsoap in the bathroom, and cooking oil in the kitchen, being provided. Would happily stay here again

The views from this house are stunning and the property is modern, clean and well equipped. On arrival at the house the garage was unavailable as the floor had been painted. As this is the location of the washer and dryer it was inconvenient not only for lack of off street parking but also the unavailability of laundry facilities. Ideal accommodation for music festival. Central location but away from street noise. Bunk room is rather small but beautifully formed. I stayed alone this visit but room have shared with a friend in the past during a biking tour. It was a lovely place to lay our heads. A lovely property in a perfect location, just a stone’s throw from local amenities. The views from the lounge and the roof top balcony truly were amazing and a real highlight of our holiday. Paul was extremely helpful whenever I needed to contact him.

We had the best time staying at higher venice, the farmhouse was beautiful and perfect for our big family Christmas, the house was so lovely and warm, the rooms were very big and clean and tidy, the grounds were beautiful, we would definitely love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful settings.Thank you for a lovely break away for Christmas.

Peaceful spot but easy to visit different and fantastic beaches, Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Dartmoor. The Byre had lots of space for our family, was well-equipped, clean, comfortable and homely. We’d very happily stay here again.
