Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth. Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul’s communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!

The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay.”

Perfect location for exploring the area. Parked in Steamboat quay car park and you can pay by phone remotely so very easy. Comfortable home for two people.

We had a lovely stay. The barn was well equipped and in a great location with the beach just a 15-20 walk away and the village store and pub just around the corner. The area is beautiful with a lot of stunning coastal walks and Dartmouth and Brixham not far away. We can highly recommend staying at this place.

The location was great, the flat was clean, heating worked well and the parking permit was an added bonus. However it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get the rather inadequate shower to turn on, and also how to receive a signal on the television. Not bad, but not great either.
