We are familiar with Dartmouth so this was easy to find. Gorgeous location and view. Flat comfortable and Paul super responsive. The road is blocked at the moment which I didn’t quite realise beforehand – so we had to carry our stuff but honestly not a big deal for us. We were only there for 3 days. Place clean and lovely. We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

Fabulous location with wonderful views. Very warm and cozy. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and pillows. Home from home! Plenty of space for seven of us and a toddler celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. We didn’t use the upper decking area because of the time of year but it was amazing! Also loved the front deck. The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee. Cedar House is a beautiful property with space for 8 people. Well fitted out with thoughtful touches. It is located in the lovely village of Stoke Fleming, with a great pub and Italian restaurant within a few minutes walk. The beautiful shingle beach at Blackpool Sands is about 15 mins walk on the coast path (fairly steep on the way back!)
