The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

Lovely spacious central flat. Quality furnishings, comfortable and clean. The flat is very close to resturants shops and habour all short walking distance. The flat although on main road was very quiet and the bedroom suoer comfty. The bath was a lovely feature. We had a lovely weekend in Dartmouth and would totally recommend.

A fabulous flat in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The car park we parked in was a 5 min walk max, we used the flat’s parking permit for the whole weekend. The lodge is perfect in every way. Stunning surroundings and beautiful sunsets. The lodge was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed (it would be good to have liquid soap provided in the bathrooms for hand washing as we didn’t think to bring this) and we cooked on a few evenings. Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample.
