A beautiful townhouse in a great location with views out to the Dart estuary, right around to Kingswear and the town. Exceptional. Parking in garage under the property too is a very big bonus.

We’ve visited this property several times. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful especially if the weather is good. The living and bedroom accommodation is comfortable. The house is very close to the town with all it’s lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay in this quirky apartment with a nautical theme, full of character and fantastic views of the Dart estuary. Paul and his team were very attentive and helpful. It was the perfect stress free holiday we had hoped for.

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample. Had a wonderful stay at this place in Dartmouth. Location was the standout. 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to parking and to the waterfront. Clean, well-stocked, and great communication from Paul. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
