What a fabulous few days we’ve had at Stargazy over Christmas. The location was perfect, off the beaten track, but within reach of pubs/shops etc. The house itself is beautiful with views of the beach and ocean, a wonderful backdrop for Christmas dinner it has to be said. Paul was a fantastic host, always responsive, leaving a bottle of bubbly for our arrival and decorating the lounge with a lovely tree.

The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay.”

The Cartshed is in the most beautiful setting down a farm track with a stunning view, despite being near the house it has a little secluded garden space. It is well equipped and a very comfortable space with beautiful features and lovely decor. We very much enjoyed our stay.

It was beautifully appointed and the views from the windows over the Dart were breathtaking and wonderful to wake up to each morning. Luckily we were blessed with perfect autumn weather. Fantastic property, great views and wonderfully looked after. Had a really relaxing short break. Arrival instructions were perfect given the current road closure. Dartmouth is lovely with wonderful pubs, cafes and shops.

What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view.
