Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river. The steam train station is literally less than 5 minutes away and the steam trains can be seen chugging along from the property. I asked for a late checkout and Paul was very accommodating. Super space to stay to play golf or explore the river Dart. Perfectly placed for easy trip to Dartmouth, Dittisham, Greenways or to the beaches. Would recommend the Sportsman’s Arms around the corner for meals and the Garden Centre Garden Time- not only really knowledgeable but super food (can recommend the breakfast) and service at both.

What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view.
