We had a lovely few days in Kingswear Paul’s place is very comfortable, well equipped and clean There is so much to see and do within easy reach and the view across to the river to Dartmouth is absolutely stunning, you could never tire of looking at it, we even had a cruise ship anchor there for the day!

We had a lovely few days as a family in the home. The house is a one off and beautiful. The handy walkable distance to Dartmouth was ideal to discover the restaurants and shops. Look forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful cabin, everything was perfect. Unfortunately I had emergency surgery the week prior to arriving which delayed our arrival date by a few days, but Paul was super accommodating and responsive to messages. The cabin was a great place to rest and recuperate surrounded by nature and with the comfiest bed and sofas imaginable, we were sorry to leave!

Thank you for a lovely stay in the cabin. The setting is beautiful, especially the meadow at the top. We all enjoyed using the fire pit and listening out for the birds. The river is also a lot of fun and the perfect place for playing Pooh Sticks.

Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul’s communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!
