We had an amazing few days at dart loft … Brilliant location close to everything you might need. Paul was immediately on hand to help out with an issue we had, even though it was a Sunday, which we greatly appreciated. All in all brilliant & would definitely stay here again l!

The house is furnished to a very high standard, extremely tastefully decorated, but what elevates it are the amazing views from literally every room and the gorgeous terrace where we say for hours just watching the boats and the world go by.
If you are considering staying here as two couples or a family, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

A great house for a un fussy large family stay… well equipped, plenty of rooms for all our needs (eating, playing games and chilling and plenty of loos!) Very pretty surroundings and not too far (if you drive!) from the lovely towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.

Would recommend to anyone, the view was fantastic and the place was very cosy. We only had one issue with the hot tub which was our mistake in not reading correctly that it would not be ready on the first day, other than that it was perfectly suited for our needs. Thank you!

We had the best week at this place and absolutely loved Dartmouth. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a phenomenal outdoor space with a phenomenal view! Lovely peaceful location, loved the secure little private courtyard at the front, we could sit leave the door open so the dog could come and go freely, the grassy area a few yards away was also great for the dog to explore. I stayed in Dart Lookout for 8 days and it really is a sanctuary and a place to relax and watch the world go by. Birds, cruise ships, staff from the hotel below, next door’s dog – I watched and enjoyed them all from the window seat of dreams that is the best part of this house.
