We had the best time staying at higher venice, the farmhouse was beautiful and perfect for our big family Christmas, the house was so lovely and warm, the rooms were very big and clean and tidy, the grounds were beautiful, we would definitely love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful settings.Thank you for a lovely break away for Christmas.

Beautiful location with wonderful views. Ideally situated with local amenities conveniently situated. Not easy for those with walking difficulties as there are steep steps down to the property. Does need some attention to the interior and exterior decoration as it is showing signs of wear. That aside this is a very nice home to enjoy whatever the weather with picture windows and rap around terraces

Our weekend away in Dartmouth was very much enhanced by the very stylish (and clean!) Dart Loft. The location was perfect for exploring the town and river, and it was relatively straightforward to find somewhere to park while we unloaded the car. We’re already thinking about returning next year!

Fantastic cottage right on the beach where you are able to watch the sunrise before braving the sea. Very spacious townhouse, extremely well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable with lovely white bedding. Very convenient location above the town in Dartmouth, but it is a fair walk down down the hill and then back up again. The area was quiet and it was great to have parking outside the house.
