A lovely, cosy little house, a short walk into the town. We really enjoyed our time at this house. It has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, a lovely wood burner, 2 tvs with Netflix etc, comfy beds, and ideal for a family as well as our Labrador. We had a wonderful stay in Thurlestone – a long weekend – Thurs to Monday and despite Storm Amy we had some good times on the beach and local farm park attractions. The home was wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed and even suitable toys for the 18 month old in our party!

Great location, brilliant parking which is a real bonus in Kingsbridge. The garden is lovely with a nice balcony and furniture. Good information pack in the property and communication is good from the owner with clear check in and out instructions. A pleasant spacious property.

“We loved the Hen House and it was spotless. It was perfect for our family of 4 and would easily and comfortably host 3 kids with parents. We had amazing weather and spent several days at Bantham Beach, a day at Start Point and a day at Woodlands theme park. Stunning location. The view is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Friendly cats, ducks, pigs, cows and sheep made this place extra special. Accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. “This is a characterful, quaint studio apartment, at the very top of a house right in the heart of Dartmouth, above a bustling and delicious café. The views across the estuary are unrivalled. The furnishings are characterful, the kitchen basic but does the job for a simple meal and ideal for a sunset drink and nibbles on the little balcony which is in the best possible place”.
