We had a wonderful three night stay at the Cartshed. Paul was very responsive and check in details were very well explained. We used what.three.words to easily find the location which I would recommend as the Cartshed is off the beaten track down some small Devon country lanes, although they were easy to navigate and we met minimal traffic. Solstice is a lovely, bright and spacious place to stay. It is in the most wonderful location with beautiful views to keep you happy even on the rainiest of days, and is a perfect base for pottering into Dartmouth or enjoying a walk along the coastal path. I very much hope to stay there again!

We had a lovely stay in Dartmouth, the location is absolutely amazing we could walk in seconds to the lower ferry and the best part of town. No view parking or garden but that’s the compromise.

Lovely peaceful location, loved the secure little private courtyard at the front, we could sit leave the door open so the dog could come and go freely, the grassy area a few yards away was also great for the dog to explore. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable house. A few snags such as missing blinds in two bedrooms and only one wine glass provided (which we advised host of and they said they would sort so hopefully ready for next guests). We would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers as there is a clock tower in the village which rings every 15minutes 24hrs a day. Host was very responsive and brought us torches when we had a …
