We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. Very nice villa and very luxurious, and it was very clean. It will definitely be our option every time we come to Dartmouth. Really liked it and they were so nice and the instructions were very easy to find the villa although the road was closed, but they made it very easy to find it We reached late at night and it was raining but thanks to clear instructions. Lovely property, well presented and absolutely perfect for 2 families / 8 of us and the dog. Lovely communal space. Lovely outdoor space for dining and enjoying the sunny Devon weather. Short drive from the beach.

Tucked away on the edge of the estuary with the high tide bringing the river right up to the back french doors. Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including wood for the fire. We had a wonderful stay in this particularly special location.

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Dartmouth. Easy access to all the town centre has to offer without the usual climb up a big hill. Clean and tidy, great for couple with the bath and good shower with plenty of storage. Bed was comfy. Would recommend to others.
