home safely after a fabulous 5 nights at Lower Heywood. The apartment is beautifully kept and cosy. It has everything you need for a self catering break away. It is in a perfect central spot too. Its incredibly cosy, the bed was very comfy, fabulous shower, beautiful bath, (needs a blind replacing above the bed. For someone like me who sleeps better with the light shut out)

Lovely spacious central flat. Quality furnishings, comfortable and clean. The flat is very close to resturants shops and habour all short walking distance. The flat although on main road was very quiet and the bedroom suoer comfty. The bath was a lovely feature. We had a lovely weekend in Dartmouth and would totally recommend.

We had a fantastic few days at Solstice. The location was perfect with shops, restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away. The rooms in the house were large and bright and the views over the River Dart were stunning. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well. Check in/check out was easy and Paul was very responsive.

A fabulous flat in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The car park we parked in was a 5 min walk max, we used the flat’s parking permit for the whole weekend. We spent a lovely two weeks in the Hen House. The rooms were a good size, and the open plan kitchen, dining and living room was great. The decking area was lovely, and we VERY much enjoyed the company of the two seemingly resident, very friendly, cats: they were very good, and didn’t try to come inside [very often!]). ‘Absolutely beautiful property! We loved the kitchen and dining room space with the big blue comfy sofa to lounge on. The house was absolutely spotless and it was great having a bathroom on each floor (both with amazing showers). We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site.
