Tucked away on the edge of the estuary with the high tide bringing the river right up to the back french doors. Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including wood for the fire. We had a wonderful stay in this particularly special location.

The accommodation was lovely, very clean, bigger than the photos suggest. The views are idillic. Tyhe beds were comfortable. The patio is a bonus, exp in Dartmouth which often doesn’t have outside space. Don’t be put off by the lack of allocated parking. With a little management of what is available publicly , we were able to park easily even in late June. We will definitely book again.

We had a great few days here as a family. The lodge itself was immaculate and well presented. A short walk down the hill to the restaurant, bar and spa facilities, which were also very good. The discount on food and spa was a bonus. There are only about half a dozen lodges, meaning it was very quiet and peaceful. We were extremely happy with our booking. The home was fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a beautiful garden and sun terrace. No complaints from us at all. Good walking access to Kingsbridge, although up hill on the way back. The only thing I would say is the split level layout inside may be an issue to those with mobility issues. We loved it here and would love to come back.

A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!
