This property has been finished to an extremely high standard and didn’t disappoint in any way. The views of Dartmouth are amazing and, being tucked away, is really quiet and secluded. The castle is only a short walk away as is the coastal path if you like walking. Dartmouth town is only 15mins or so by foot. I would certainly like to return in the future.

This place was just incredible!! My friends and I were so impressed and the photos really don’t do it justice. We had a fantastic time and there was so much to do! The property itself was incredibly well maintained and clean. The kitchen and living area is large and spacious and the back garden with the bar area was great for bbqs. I will definitely be returning soon!

Great location, brilliant parking which is a real bonus in Kingsbridge. The garden is lovely with a nice balcony and furniture. Good information pack in the property and communication is good from the owner with clear check in and out instructions. A pleasant spacious property.

Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !

We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

Beautifully appointed and very comfortable house. A few snags such as missing blinds in two bedrooms and only one wine glass provided (which we advised host of and they said they would sort so hopefully ready for next guests). We would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers as there is a clock tower in the village which rings every 15minutes 24hrs a day. Host was very responsive and brought us torches when we had a …

Perfect accommodation – modern, spotlessly clean, great amenities, beautiful views and just perfect for exploring the surrounding area. “Great location about 10 mins walk to centre of town with free parking. Very spacious house very clean and tidy and very nice welcome basket with M&S products. Relaxing terrace area to rear although quite a few steps up to reach but super views. Also a nice little seating area in the front garden just outside the house”.
