Inside, the interiors capture a vibrant beach-hut feel, combining nautical décor with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a selection of games to keep guests of all ages entertained.

The well-equipped kitchen makes catering a breeze after a day in the waves, while the dining area provides the perfect setting for gathering over fresh local produce and relaxed conversation.

Each of the four bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. The master bedroom features a luxurious super king bed and en-suite shower room, while a second bedroom also offers a super king. Note:
Stargazy is a single-story beach house, accessed by way of a set of steps to the side of the building. This house is not suitable for anyone who struggles with steps, pre-school children must be supervised at all times.

Directly opposite Stargazy is the sandy beach at Bigbury-on-Sea, one of Devon’s best beaches.

If you are an Agatha Christie fan, you will have heard of, or may recognise, the iconic Burgh Island from one of her novels. You can access the island and Pilchard Inn via the stretch of sand that links them to the mainland. Walk the stretch at shallow waters or use the sea tractor at high tide – it is an experience in itself! Venus Cafe, located in the beach car park, can provide delicious food and drink for your adventures.

Bigbury-on-Sea Beach offers an array of water sports to try including surfing and SUP. Check out Discovery Surf School to book a lesson or rent equipment. Or head across to Bantham Beach to try kite surfing.

Bigbury Golf Club is located just up the road, providing the opportunity to play on one of the most idyllic of coastal courses overlooking stunning ocean views.
