The cosy sitting room, bathed in natural light, leads through patio doors to the garden, while a practical utility room ensures everything you need is close to hand. Every room showcases the craftsmanship of the owner, a talented carpenter, from a kitchen island made from a locally sourced chestnut tree to windows salvaged from Dartmouth’s Lower Ferry.

Ritson Farm sleeps up to ten guests in comfort, offering flexible sleeping arrangements across five bedrooms. One double bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor with its own ensuite. Upstairs, you'll find one king, two double bedrooms, and a spacious room that can be set up as either a super king or twin, perfect for children or friends sharing. The large garden is one of the highlights of this property. With a spacious patio, BBQ, and outdoor dining area for ten, it's made for alfresco summer meals. Private parking for up to four cars as well as an EV charging point. Please note, you would have to supply your own charging cable and there is an honesty box to leave money towards the use of the electricity.
