Located in the quiet Bridgetown conservation area of Totnes, enjoy a quiet corner of Totnes whilst being close to the action. The house is a family-friendly property that sleeps eight people across four bedrooms.
The ground-floor is entered via an entrance hall leading to the dining room, lounge, and kitchen. The lounge is elegant, yet bold, with colours allowing you to appreciate the history of the home. The dining room is fit with a wood-burning stove, making it the best room in the house during the cold and cosy months. The galley-styled kitchen is south-facing, treating you to lots of natural light whilst you cook up a storm. The kitchen will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack.
Stairs rise to the first floor, home to the family bathroom and two double bedrooms. One is a king, and one a super king. The second floor is a converted loft with a twin bedroom (containing your choice of one or two single beds), a third double bedroom (with a king-size bed) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A starter supply of toilet rolls, and hand soap will be available in the bathroom.
The rear garden can be accessed from either the kitchen or the inviting patio doors adjacent to the dining area. From the patio, head for the steps that lead up to the garden, and admire the abundance of flowers, plants and shrubs that surround you. Sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine whilst taking in the sights and smells. A barbeque can be provided on request.
This property is also available on a ‘Reduced Occupancy’ basis – please contact us direct to enquire. There is limited on-street parking adjacent to the property and there are short- and long-stay car parks close by at a cost of up to £6.50 per day.
