The apartment has both Wi-Fi and a smart TV, with Netflix, that is available to use with your own accounts, and ample board games to enjoy on a quiet evening in.
Totnes town is the commercial centre for the South Hams. This part of Devon is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty with Dartmoor National Park ten miles to the north, and stunning beaches and coastline ten miles to the south. Nearby beaches include Paignton, Torquay, and Blackpool Sands, with the very nice towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe only a 15- or 20-minute drive from the property.
The bustling medieval market town has a mainline railway station giving direct connections to London Paddington with easy connection to St Pancras for the Eurostar. Totnes is just a three-hour train from London, and Hawkes Way is located a ten-minute walk from the platform to the front door. There is also excellent access to the A38 Devon Expressway, linking Plymouth and Exeter where it joins the M5. This is the ideal escape, whether you want to arrive by car or train.
Parking is limited to a car park just 100 yards away.
