This property has been recently renovated, is spacious, and family friendly. Located a short walk from the centre of town, and parking spaces available outside the property, explore Dartmouth and beyond with ease at Victoria Terrace.
The house is perfectly laid out for a comfortable holiday in Dartmouth with separate lounge, dining, and kitchen areas. The lounge is situated at the front of the property with large bay windows, encouraging lots of natural light. It is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted TV, and a wood burning stove, perfect for the colder months.
The dining room enjoys enough seating for the whole group to dine together, alongside a second TV and third sofa. This is the perfect layout for hosting a small gathering or if the group wants to spread out. The downstairs bathroom is located just off the dining room and boasts a nice walk-in shower as well as toilet.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped and overlooks the rear garden, with access to the decking areas direct from the side kitchen door. The kitchen will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack.
The upstairs hosts three bedrooms and a family bathroom, which consists of a bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom is home to a king size bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe with hanging space. It enjoys views of the rear garden. The second bedroom is located at the front of the house and consists of a small double bed with drawer space. The third bedroom can be set up with either a super king bed or two single beds (please advise us when booking) and a chest of drawers.
The rear garden is landscaped with three vantage points. The ground decking allows for easy outside gatherings with a large seating area, the second holds a summer house and bench for the glimpse of the town but the top elevation provides a magnificent view over River Dart, perfect for early morning breakfast or evening sundowner drinks.
There is parking for one small car on the driveway and the drop kerb immediately in front of Victoria Terrace will house one large or two small cars as well.
Dartmouth is an all year round destination hosting a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).
This is a fabulous, terraced property that allows you to explore everything that the town and local area has to offer, by foot or by car.
