Lovely relaxing stay at Tremorvah
Sue
We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tremorvah. The windows let in a lot of light and the views were beautiful. It was great watching the activity on the water. We were very impressed by the apartment, everything was of top quality and spotlessly clean, you couldn’t wish for more. Shops and restaurants were not too far to walk to, with lovely views over the river/estuary. We would love to return sometime in the future. Paul was most helpful and kept us informed along the way.
Wonderful from start to finish

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth. We didn’t mind the short uphill walk to walk off all the food we were eating! I particularly liked the big red/orange chair and watching the boats pass from the window. For a holiday place, the beds were also amazingly comfortable – possibly as comfy as our bed at home which isn’t usually the case! Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were good. There was also plenty of storage (wardrobes etc). Paul was really communicative before, during and after the stay. The one tiny thing (and this is clear in the listing) is that the patio is down a flight of relatively steep steps which meant we didn’t use it as much as we would if it was outside a patio door, for example. It just felt like a bit of a chore carrying everything down! But the view from the dining table more than makes up for it, the windows open widely and the space is there if you were less lazy!
What an amazing apartment!
Maggie
What an amazing apartment! The views are stunning. The beds were great and everything was spotless. Long stay parking during the day was a bit tricky as the road to Warfleet is shut so it’s a long drive round but not a major problem for us. We had a brilliant stay and Paul was very helpful and responsive.
The accommodation was lovely,
Richard
The accommodation was lovely, very clean, bigger than the photos suggest. The views are idillic. Tyhe beds were comfortable. The patio is a bonus, exp in Dartmouth which often doesn’t have outside space. Don’t be put off by the lack of allocated parking. With a little management of what is available publicly , we were able to park easily even in late June. We will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay
Christopher
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had a fantastic view — a perfect place to relax and enjoy Dartmouth. The host was excellent, keeping us well informed throughout and making everything easy from start to finish. We know Dartmouth well, so we were prepared for the parking challenges, so it wasn’t an issue for us as we parked out by Dartmouth Castle for the duration of our stay. It’s a beautiful walk or boat trip into town from there, and well worth it. Highly recommend this property — we’d definitely stay again! Sue and Chris

Wonderful apartment with amazing views. Super comfy bed. Interesting town with some excellent restaurants. Paul was very helpful before and during our stay.
Just delightful!
Jayne
Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample. The “No Parking” was not an issue because you are just a 5 min walk from Dartmouth centre and the park and ride is easily excess able. The views were just delightful . We would not hesitate to recommend
Faultless
Sue
We had a fabulous weekend in this beautiful house. Everything about it is of the highest quality - both inside and out. Honestly, it’s faultless!
Fantastic Views
David
Fantastic views from an immaculate apartment. Everything you need with fantastic views from the bedrooms and lounge. Great communication from Paul the host. Very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you and we hope to return soon.
Amazing Apartment

"What an amazing apartment. Beautifully presented and well equipped. Stunning views from the lounge and both bedrooms across the river and of Kingswear. We could not find fault with this accommodation and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Dartmouth"
Stop Scrolling!
Louise
"Stop scrolling! This place is beautiful with stunning views. We had a magical three nights stay here to recharge before Christmas. Dartmouth never disappoints and this place was perfect to relax and unwind that is just a stones throw from all that Dartmouth has to offer".
Above expectations
Rowland
"This place was above expectations, it was amazing. My discerning mother could not fault it. The views were amazing, sitting in bed in the morning watching the harbour activity was so relaxing, from all the windows fabulous views. The place was spotlessly clean, brilliant that no pets are allowed. Every little detail has been thought of such as the low level lights that come on if you need to get up to go to the toilet in the night. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely touches of art-work, even a utility room with brilliant tumble drier we needed after getting drenched out on a walk. Just a lovely space to spend time with family and friends, and so close to the town to walk into, but not too close that your are in the noise and crowds. Just going to find it very difficult to find any other holiday accommodation up to these standards and location".
Wonderful Stay
Maria
"We had a wonderful stay at Tremorvah, a lovely flat in such a tranquil and beautiful location. Must be one of the best views in Dartmouth! The flat is a short walk from the town centre and also walking distance from the Castle by the estuary and the little tea rooms (very friendly). A beautiful space, stylish interior design, a well equipped kitchen, very spacious master bedroom, all rooms with the same lovely view. We also enjoyed the woodburner with complimentary wood. The terrace provided a quiet outdoor space perfect for morning coffee, with a spectacular magnolia tree (just about to blossom which we sadly missed). Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to visit again".
Immaculate!
Rebecca
"The most immaculate holiday home we have ever been to. The accommodation was absolutely spotless!
We arrived in torrential February rain but were very lucky enough to park a few meters away due to no parking restrictions out of season. We were instantly cheered up when we entered the property, which is even more beautiful than the photographs in the listing. We also very much appreciated the milk and bottle of wine to get us settled in.
Each room is filled with light and there are stunning views from every window. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning and then the boats and ferries going backwards and forwards throughout the day.
Paul and Brooke run a very professional operation. The guidance document/app that was sent to us on booking was amazing and gave us all the information that we needed. Paul was also quick to respond to any queries that we had before and during our stay.
We would not hesitate to recommend this place and would love to return some day".
Stunning!
Mark
"Absolutely stunning location with the best views of the estuary and sea. The property is very spacious and comfortable and clean. We stayed two nights and made good use of the well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. Access via the key safe was easy. Would highly recommend. Paul was very helpful with the booking and information. Thank you Paul for allowing us the use of the property at very short notice."
Great Apartment
Debbie
"Wonderful location with beautiful views of the estuary. Spotless presentation, well equipped and comfortable property. We arrived by train as public car parking arrangements would be inconvenient."
