Our third stay and always spotlessly clean and welcoming.
It is in a quiet area but still within a short walk to town with the added bonus of a parking permit.
Tracey is extremely helpful.

Perfect Location
The apartment was in a perfect location. It was clean, warm and well equipped. We found it helpful to have parking. Tracey put herself out to ensure that we could check in early; she greeted us, showed us how everything worked and gave us her contact details in case we had any problems during our stay. Tracey had put a lot of thought in to what guests may need so the apartment had an umbrella and a beach bag with towels. Thank you for a great stay.

Spotlessly clean apartment
A very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth. Two bathrooms which was a bonus and a responsive host. Parking was available on the road outside the apartment.

A fabulous flat in the perfect location
A fabulous flat in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The car park we parked in was a 5 min walk max, we used the flat’s parking permit for the whole weekend. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. Even an umbrella, which we used ! The bed was very comfortable too. Definitely a flat we would stay in again. We met Tracey the owner and she was a mind of helpful information on places to eat. Lovely weekend.

Great apartment in a superb location, everything within walking distance. Well appointed and was spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with the host throughout our stay. Lots of information available for recommendations for eating and visiting. Would highly recommend 5*
We had a great few days.
This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.
Just Perfect
The Apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the shops and river. Parking permit for car park which is only 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with lots of cupboard space to store your own food, which isn’t always the case in rental properties. I stayed here with my daughter - great to each have own bedroom and bathroom. Owner Tracey met us when we arrived and checked all ok by text following day. Really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was perfect, the apartment was gorgeous and we felt well looked after from booking onwards, very much appreciated the information about local restaurants and adventures. Was perfect and we look forward to staying again soon.
Beautifully presented
Beautifully presented accommodation, spotlessly clean - everything looked new. The location was perfect for us to get around Dartmouth and the free parking was a big money saver. The outdoor garden was ample for our needs but does require climbing up a flight of stairs from the property and is overlooked. The host was very helpful and met us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and would be contactable any time during our stay.

We had a lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at The Apartment in Dartmouth. Everything was spotless, kitchen had everything you would need. Great location, everything is within walking distance & great places to eat. Would recommend taking the little boat that takes you to the castle & back. Definitely would stay again as also a great base to visit other places along the south Devon coast.

A brilliant find!
This was a brilliant find. Tracey the lovely owner also looks after the place, and does it to an immaculate standard. What really stood out was the thoughtful nature of everything provided. Really good quality kitchen equipment, with absolutely everything you would have in your own kitchen. Compact and clean bathrooms with complimentary abloutions. Decent storage space. Access to Netflix etc and a PS4. Even the hairdryer was a good one. The location was great too. Right in the town and a two minute walk to the estuary front. What was also brilliant was the parking permit that was provided. Such a help as parking in Dartmouth can be tricky. It was absolutely perfect for my son and I. We will definitely be back.

Great little find - the apartment is very well fitted out with everything you could need for a getaway. Very convenient central location but very quiet at the same time - except the seagulls! 😉
