Located in the quiet Bridgetown conservation area, this is the perfect holiday cottage for a trip to Totnes. Sleeping eight across four bedrooms, it is the perfect family friendly option in this historic market town.
The ground-floor is entered via an entrance hall leading to the dining room, lounge, and kitchen. The lounge is elegant, yet bold, with colours allowing you to appreciate the history of the home. The dining room is fitted with a wood-burning stove, making it the cosiest room in the house during the colder months. The galley-styled kitchen is south-facing, treating you to lots of natural light whilst you cook up a storm in your Totnes holiday cottage. The kitchen will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack.
Stairs rise to the first floor, home to the family bathroom and two double bedrooms. One is a king, and one a super king. The second floor is a converted loft with a twin bedroom (containing your choice of one or two single beds), a third double bedroom (with a king-size bed) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A starter supply of toilet rolls, and hand soap will be available in the bathrooms.
The rear garden can be accessed from either the kitchen or the inviting patio doors adjacent to the dining area. From the patio, head for the steps that lead up to the garden, and admire the abundance of flowers, plants and shrubs that surround you. Sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in this Totnes holiday cottage. A barbeque can be provided on request.
