Tucked into the heart of Dartmouth, this beautifully renovated three-storey townhouse offers contemporary coastal living just moments from the harbour, boutiques and award-winning restaurants. Arranged over three floors, the house has been thoughtfully updated to create light-filled, sociable spaces while retaining a calm and welcoming feel. The middle floor is the heart of the home, a large open-plan living area with vaulted ceiling and cosy gas-fired burner, perfect for relaxed evenings after coastal walks. French doors open onto a wooden balcony where you can sit with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, gazing across Dartmouth’s rooftops towards the harbour.

The adjoining kitchen and dining space is equally inviting. A pale oak dining table comfortably seats six, while the white wooden kitchen, topped with solid oak worktops, is fully equipped for self-catering holidays. There’s a coffee machine (pods provided), dishwasher, washing machine and all the essentials needed for relaxed family meals or celebratory suppers.

Sleeping up to six guests across three generous double bedrooms, comfort is assured. The superking room (zip-link, can be twin on request) and twin bedroom are located on the ground floor, each opening via French doors onto a balcony with steps leading to a small garden area. These rooms share a stylish family bathroom and separate cloakroom. On the top floor, the king-size suite enjoys exclusive use of a spacious shower room. All beds feature high-quality mattresses with Egyptian cotton, hotel-quality bedding, and white bath and hand towels are provided.

A striking mezzanine gallery with picture window offers an additional architectural feature and a quiet vantage point overlooking the harbour, a beautiful spot to pause and take in the view.

Outside, the shared heated swimming pool (open May to September, approximately 27°C) provides a welcome treat during warmer months. The sun-trap pool terrace is furnished with loungers and shared with just four neighbouring properties, offering a relaxed and intimate setting.
Practical touches include two dedicated parking spaces, a rare and valuable feature in central Dartmouth and Smart TVs in both the lounge and every bedroom.

Please note there are steps from the parking area to the house and open-tread staircases throughout, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very young children.

Please note there are steps from the parking area to the house and open-tread staircases throughout, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very young children. We are unable to fit or provide stair gates due to the nature of the stairs themselves.

The property has two allocated parking spaces in the car park.

The Super king bed can be split into twins but must be specified at the time of the booking.

Outdoor Pool:
This is shared with 4 other properties and available May - September. It's open 8am - 8pm daily and heated to approx 27 degrees. Full safety rules will be provided once booked.

Pets:
Strictly no pets allowed.
