Absolutely stunning.
We actually couldn’t quite believe how incredible the view of the River Dart was from the living room and the master bedroom. Absolutely stunning. We brought our binoculars and loved being able to see all the boats coming and going and to watch the dinghy racing right in front of us. Really clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Being able to park the car in the garage was great. The shops and restaurants are a really short walk away. Also, Dartmouth Castle was a fairly easy walk away and we really enjoyed walking there. Would highly recommend the property.

The Soltice is located in such way that we had beautiful River Dart views and great access to the town. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book it again in the future.
This place in Dartmouth is wonderful
This place in Dartmouth is wonderful. A very spacious house that is perfectly located near to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. The view from the front of the house is to die for. The garage is larger than it looks as is a real bonus for Dartmouth (where it is notoriously difficult to park). If approaching from the A38 Totnes area and using Google maps, be careful of the route it selects, it seemed to want to take me down some very small lanes. My tip? Stick to the A roads all the way from Totnes to Dartmouth waterfront and then follow what Google says.
Lovely house near to restaurants
Solstice is a lovely house near to restaurants, with an amazing view and we’d certainly like to return. Clearer instructions for rubbish disposal would be useful, as the bins in the garage weren’t labelled. The property has lovely quality crockery and nice big towels! The stairs to the top floor are very steep, so not suitable for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Solstice
We enjoyed our stay at Solstice, which was well equipped. The first-floor open plan kitchen and lounge area, with great views over the River Dart, certainly lived up to the listing. Be aware that the stairs up to the otherwise excellent top bedroom are not for the faint-hearted. There was a noticeable smell from the drains when we arrived, which improved after running the bath/shower taps, though it would have been better if this had been dealt with before we arrived.

Second visit, as good as ever in terms of location and amenities. Parking is a major bonus. Beds are the comfiest we’ve ever slept in on holiday and having so many bathrooms is a real luxury! Highly recommend.
An excellent stay!
We enjoyed an excellent stay at Solstice from start to finish. Great communication from our hosts throughout, excellent accommodation - from cleanliness, furnishings, equipment to comfort. In a great location with fab views of the Dart estuary. Even the parking was great as the seasonal restrictions didn't kick in until after our stay finished!

Stunning views of the river great location. Walkable to lots of shops and pubs and some fabulous eateries. Enjoyed the stay and the house was lovely and well equipped. Hosts were great and responded quickly to all queries.
Stunningly beautiful location
A stunningly beautiful location to enjoy Dartmouth. The jaw dropping views of the harbour from the property are reason enough to stay here. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and stylish and in a great central location. Paul the host was responsive, polite and friendly. I'll be back next year!
A wonderful short stay
We had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Dart river ... it is a central place for everything....the shops ....eateries....take aways and pubs! We enjoyed the ever changing views on the river ....we loved that you can take a ferry to Kingswear and lovely walks there too .....we wndt on a local walk to the castle and beyond all again wonderful breathtaking views and coastal paths galore . Thanks for a great stay Paul...we will be back !
Hidden Gem by the Marina.
This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.

A beautiful townhouse!
A beautiful townhouse in a great location with views out to the Dart estuary, right around to Kingswear and the town. Exceptional. Parking in garage under the property too is a very big bonus.
Solstice is a lovely
Solstice is a lovely, bright and spacious place to stay. It is in the most wonderful location with beautiful views to keep you happy even on the rainiest of days, and is a perfect base for pottering into Dartmouth or enjoying a walk along the coastal path. I very much hope to stay there again!
Wonderful accommodation
Fantastic trip, and wonderful accommodation. The river views kept us entertained when the stormy weather stopped us getting outside. Would highly recommend.

Great place!
Great place - the garage parking is a rare thing and the views from the property are perfect. From watching the ferries, to the weather coming in, you can spend hours sitting in the bay windows quite happily! A very short walk into town as well.

Our stay in this Dartmouth property was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning, the people were great, the town had plenty to do and lots of history, the weather was perfect, etc. I couldn’t have asked for more. Paul was extremely helpful throughout and he was always there to help instantly whenever I needed it. I couldn’t recommend this stay more. You’ll have a great time!
Fantastic house
Fantastic house and location. All the beds were especially comfortable which is really important when you’re away from home. Having parking was a godsend. Brilliant location, only used the car once and used public transport a lot. Can’t recommend Dartmouth highly enough. One small negative was the lack of a nonstick frying pan, which would have made the experience even better than it was.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!!The house was comfortable and even on rainy days there was always something happening on the river to watch with a cup of tea sat in the window!We enjoyed lots of precise family time, mooching around the shops, eating lots of lovely food and playing monopoly over the week we stayed.Fishing and crabbing in Bayards is a must!The best fish and chips from The wheelhouse and Crossiants from the Bakehouse!We can’t wait to come back ⛵️
