Amazing few days
Amazing few days away to see in the new year! Place was spotless! Having a Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise! Enjoying the hot tub on a cold evening was great! The lodge was beautiful! We would love to come back! Will miss waking up in the morning and looking at the view of the golf course. Thank you Paul & Co.

A fantastic stay
A fantastic stay. Beautiful views. Immaculate inside, and the Christmas Tree on arrival really made it special. Use of facilities such as the pool, kept the children busy. It was easy to find with lots to do around the area within driving distance. Would definitely return as ideal base to explore the area. Thank you.
We had a great few days
We had a great few days here as a family. The lodge itself was immaculate and well presented. A short walk down the hill to the restaurant, bar and spa facilities, which were also very good. The discount on food and spa was a bonus. There are only about half a dozen lodges, meaning it was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative was that you cannot easily walk from the site as it is located straight off of a busy road, meaning a car is needed to get anywhere. However, only a five minute drive away we found the tiny village of Blackawton, which is a great place to run/walk from as it is surrounded by quiet lanes and has a nice village shop and pub. Within a ten minute drive you reach Dartmouth and beyond is the beautiful coastline which is very much worth exploring. In the opposite direction are Totnes, Paignton, Torquay and Newton Abbott, all of which we visited and enjoyed.

This place is set in a wonderful peaceful location. It is modern and extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend staying here and is in a great location to enjoy visiting the surrounding areas. would definitely stay here again.
Thank you for the use of your lodge for the past couple of days. We enjoyed our stay and was very impressed with the layout / set up and how clean and modern the lodge is. My father in law enjoyed it as it was easy access for him as he has limited mobility. If we stay in the area again, we will be in contact to book up again with you!

Really enjoyed staying at No 2. Well appointed and clean property. Views of the course and valley are superb. peaceful and quiet location, lovely course to play despite the hills. s Some lovely day trip opportunities to Dartmouth, Salcombe and Brixham. Good recommendations in tour guide provides. property would benefit from a screen between lodges but that's a personal thing. would definitely stay again. Paul was always quick to respond and helpful- thanks

The lodge was excellent and in a fab location. The facilities were superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thoroughly recommend it.
We had a wonderful stay with YDE
We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. We also loved sitting outside on the patio in the evening sun in between dips in the hot tub. Pure luxury!! Woodlands adventure park just down the road and the location was brilliant for all the best South Hams beaches and towns. A simply wonderful stay will definitely be booking with YDE again especially if lodge 2 Dartmouth grove is free in the week we are! Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
Great place to stay
Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!
Nice accommodation.
Nice accommodation. Bedrooms were snug but fine. Nice en suite to the master. Lovely views and hot tub. Great for golfers. Short drive to Dartmouth and surrounding areas.
Thoroughly enjoyed a short break away
I have just thoroughly enjoyed a short break away with my 3 adult children. Perfect accommodation - modern, spotlessly clean, great amenities, beautiful views and just perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I’m glad i paid extra for the hot tub as this was a great added feature to have at the end of a long day, to relax and look across the golf course at the views. I fully recommend this lodge and would definitely return.

Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool, tennis court and gym all on site. The gym and pool were free for all guests in the lodge and the spa was 25% off all treatments. We also loved sitting outside on the patio in the evening sun in between dips in the hot tub. Pure luxury!! There is something for all the family here. Woodlands adventure park just down the road and the location was brilliant for all the best South Hams beaches and towns. Absolutely loved our time staying here
Me and my family absolutely loved our time staying here. The place was spotless when we arrived, and check-in was super easy. We loved it so much we’re planning on going there again! Paul was super responsive with questions, and the plot is surrounded by gorgeous scenery. Would recommend you having a car as a little run around, as everything is within a 10/20 minute drive from the lodge, but would be a little difficult to access if you wanted to walk as the area is quite rural so not many paths to walk on safely. Plenty to do in the area though. Lodge is very spacious, doesn’t feel like you’re all sat on top of each other at all. Highly recommend staying at this lodge, 10/10 star rating from me 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning lodge! The property is hi-spec, very modern, and impeccably designed, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. The golf and recreation facilities were excellent, and the location was ideal for a relaxing yet active break. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend for those seeking a luxurious, well-equipped getaway!
