Step inside and you'll immediately be welcomed by the bright and spacious open-plan living area, where natural light pours through the dual-aspect windows, creating an inviting space to relax after a day exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding coastline.

The comfortable lounge is centred around a cosy flame-effect fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind in every season. Sink into the generous L-shaped sofa for a family film night on the Smart TV, or retreat to the charming window reading nook with a good book while the world quietly passes by outside. Throughout the cottage, carefully chosen nautical touches reflect Dartmouth's rich maritime heritage and give the property its unmistakable coastal character.

The beautifully appointed kitchen has been designed with both style and practicality in mind. Featuring quality appliances, generous worktop space and everything required to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to a family feast, it makes self-catering effortless. A handcrafted wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll discover three thoughtfully presented bedrooms. Two beautifully furnished double bedrooms (standard 4' 6") provide peaceful spaces to recharge after busy days exploring Devon, while the charming cabin-style bunk bedroom is sure to delight younger guests, creating an adventure of its own at bedtime.

The contemporary family shower room continues the property's stylish coastal theme, featuring a spacious walk-in rainfall shower, modern fittings and natural light from both a skylight and window, creating a bright and refreshing space to start each day.

Although Weight N Sea doesn't offer a private garden, its location places you within easy reach of some of Dartmouth's most beautiful outdoor spaces. Stroll down to the harbour to watch the boats come and go, enjoy riverside walks along the embankment, or explore nearby Coronation Park, the Community Orchard and Crosby Meadow, all just a short walk away.

Beyond the town, some of South Devon's finest beaches await. Discover the secluded coves surrounding Dartmouth Castle, including Sugary Cove, Ladies Cove and Deadman's Cove, or venture slightly further to the award-winning sands of Blackpool Sands and the sweeping beach at Slapton Sands. Please note:
Due to its elevated position, the walk back from Dartmouth town centre includes an uphill return, rewarding you with a peaceful location away from the bustle while remaining within easy walking distance of everything the town has to offer.

Access Road:
Crowthers Hill is quite steep and as such isn't suited for those with limited mobility and pulling up outside the property is often difficult.

Pets:
One well-behaved dog welcome.

Mobility:
Given the property is on a steep hill we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Parking:
No allocated parking but there is on-street parking available close by subject to availability but not guaranteed.
