"Perfect place for exploring Dartmouth. Location was perfect, everything was clean and just like the photos. Paul was very responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend enough!"

Eda, Sept 23

"Booked last minute, so didn’t expect much, as it was the last available holiday let on Airb&B. However we were pleasantly surprised! This house is really lovely and in a central location. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Well maintained and equipped. All Dartmouth attractions are only a few minutes away. The house is on a virtually traffic free street, so no road noise. The Sail Loft Pub almost opposite did get very noisy (music & loud people). A great place if you like to socialise, have a drink and listen to music. It should close at 22.30 however revilers left around 23.30, but after that it was very peaceful. We easily found the address and pulled up outside to offload. We were then very lucky to get free on road parking on Market Street (1 min before all) for the duration of our stay. Overall a great place which we’d highly recommend. We’d love to return."

"Fantastic little townhouse right int he centre of Dartmouth. Really close to everything you might need. Enough space for a couple and 3 teenagers. Lovely bright and clean property, kitchen great for cooking a meal. Will defiantly book again next time in Dartmouth. As long as you work out where to park/leave the car and can stand the sound of seagulls al night but small things that are all part of staying in the beautiful town of Dartmouth."

"Excellent venue for the family. All rooms impeccably clean and very well furnished. Nice linen on very comfortable beds and all towels provided. Really nice kitchen with good crockery and facilities. Parking available just 5 mins walk away but could stay outside to unload and load. A wonderful base for our stay in Dartmouth. Hope to return".
