The Townhouse is spread across three floors. The front door welcomes you into the property and the shared living area. The modern lounge is equipped with two leather sofas and large wall mounted TV. Adjoining the lounge is a fully equipped recently refurbished kitchen with everything you might need for a holiday in Dartmouth. The kitchen will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack.
The three comfortable bedrooms are spread across the two upper floors. The first floor comprises of a double bedroom with sash-style windows overlooking the town itself, and a smaller single bedroom. The single bedroom is located at the end of the landing and given its location, doesn’t have a window but benefits from a children games and wall mounted TV. The master bedroom spreads across the whole top floor, with extended views over the town.
This Dartmouth property has one large bathroom, fit with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Its modern design is the perfect place to refresh after a busy day of exploring the local area. A starter supply of toilet rolls, and hand soap will be available in the bathroom.
