This cosy home offers a modern and contemporary feel throughout, combined with all the creature comforts you might need for an escape to the coast.
As you enter through the front door, you are welcomed into the living area. The modern lounge is equipped with two leather sofas and a large wall-mounted TV, perfect for cosy evenings in. Adjoining the lounge, is the sophisticated kitchen. Complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, enjoy creating culinary masterpieces whilst sharing stories over a bottle of bubbly.
The two upper floors are home to the three comfortable bedrooms. The first floor comprises of a double bedroom and a smaller single. The double bedroom enjoys lots of natural light from the sash-style windows that overlook the beautiful town. The single bedroom is at the end of the hall. It does not have a window, considering its location, but benefits from children’s games and a wall-mounted TV.
The top floor is home to the master bedroom. It offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and stunning extended views over the town below. The property has one large bathroom, fit with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Its modern design provides the perfect place to refresh after a busy day of exploring the local area.
Behind the property is a quaint courtyard that allows you to start or end your day alfresco style. The property also comes with off-street parking, available on request for a small additional charge.

Blackpool Sands is the closest beach, a five-minute drive or a one-hour and half walk away in the village of Stoke Fleming.
Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, just five miles out from Dartmouth, where all-weather fun is guaranteed. With a mixture of rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, and even a toboggan run, you’re sure of a good day out. Or why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the embankment.
