Last minute get away

Last minute get away booked. Lovely area, cottage was lovely & great location to harbour. Host very helpful with a link to a guide to local places. Cottage was a little hard to find, but once we parked up we found it on foot then moved car after. Managed to park at back of cottage. Lovely stay. Thanks
Thanks for a lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cott. Directions for access were clear. The cottage was well-furnished and the beds were super comfy. We were grateful for the fans as the heatwave meant it got a bit stuffy at night!
Kitchen was small but laid out well and had almost everything you need. We did think the addition of a veg peeler and cheese grater would be good.
Everything worked well and we felt very at home.
Great place to stay!

Beautiful little place

"Beautiful little place. Very short walk to Brixham harbour and a great location to explore South Devon. We had some lovely evening walks down to the harbour and we found the location ideal, even with my aunt and some mobility issues (walking stick). Paul was extremely responsive when we struggled to find the front door from the parked car. The place was immaculate, all bed linen smelt so fresh and the beds were so comfortable. Such great value for money, we will definitely return in the future, thanks so much."
Close to town
Debbie
The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay."

Space
Originally built in the 1800s for local quarrymen, this delightful, terraced cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a welcoming retreat for up to four guests, and one small, well-behaved dog is also welcome.
Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting living space, complete with a bespoke oak kitchen and comfortable lounge area. A wood-burning stove adds to the cosy cottage atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for relaxing after a day by the sea.
Upstairs, the property features two stylish bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. The master bedroom includes a spacious double bed, wardrobe, and a comfy reading chair, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, set as either a king-sized bed or two singles (twins are standard unless otherwise requested). The bathroom is tastefully finished with a shower, basin and WC.
Palm Cott also stands out among Brixham holiday homes for its fantastic outdoor spaces. To the rear, a two-tiered decked area invites you to unwind with a drink in the sunshine or enjoy an alfresco dinner under the stars. At the front of the property, a private patio with a table and chairs provides the perfect setting for a morning coffee or quiet moment watching the world go by.
Situated just a stone’s throw from the harbour and all Brixham’s local amenities including independent shops, seafood restaurants and waterfront walks, Palm Cott offers everything you need for a relaxing or adventure-filled stay. Whether you’re exploring the South West Coast Path, hopping on a boat trip, or simply soaking up the town’s maritime heritage, this is the ideal home away from home.
If you're looking for Brixham holiday homes that combine history, style and location, Palm Cott is a perfect choice for couples, families or small groups seeking a memorable South Devon escape.
