We stayed over new years and it was such a special place to stay, so well stocked and beautifully decorated – can’t wait to come back
Not disappointed in any way.
We booked this place for a family pre Xmas stay and were not disappointed in any way. The house is as described, but better in the reality. It felt like a home from home, spacious, warm, perfect;y clean, and the high quality and comfortable furnishings were appreciated by all. Lovely location by the river and an easy walk to Dartmouth. Very, very good.
Very luxurious
Very nice villa and very luxurious, and it was very clean. It will definitely be our option every time we come to Dartmouth. Really liked it and they were so nice and the instructions were very easy to find the villa although the road was closed, but they made it very easy to find it We reached late at night and it was raining but thanks to clear instructions. We find the villa and we really enjoyed it. Our family really like the place and we just felt like home.

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

Truly Exceptional!
I spent the weekend with friends at a modern luxury property in Dartmouth, set right on the river within a striking new building, and it was nothing short of outstanding.
From the moment we arrived, the quality and attention to detail were evident. The architecture is contemporary yet beautifully in keeping with Dartmouth’s coastal elegance, with large glass panels framing uninterrupted views across the river. Watching the boats glide by with a morning coffee – and later as the sun set with a glass of wine – was pure indulgence.
Inside, the property is flawlessly designed with a perfect balance of style and comfort. The interiors feel luxurious without being overstated: soft textures, high-end furnishings, and a calming, neutral palette that instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. Every room was immaculate, with spacious bedrooms, indulgent bathrooms, and a living area that felt both sociable and serene.

Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.

Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul's communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!
We had a lovely few days
We had a lovely few days as a family in the home. The house is a one off and beautiful. The handy walkable distance to Dartmouth was ideal to discover the restaurants and shops. Look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing 5 nights stay
Amazing 5 nights stay at this beautifully furnished new property. Incredible location with panoramic views of the river and harbour. 20 mins walk to the town - a bit far for some people maybe but we wanted a quieter spot. Clean and comfortable bedrooms, modern kitchen with top of the line appliances, complementary coffee was a nice touch, good quality linen and toiletries. Great secure parking space. Paul was friendly and responsive. Overall highly recommended and won’t hesitate to return. PS: beautiful sunny weather definitely helped!

We had a really lovely stay at Galions quay. The house is beautiful and immaculately appointed. Its location is perfect for being close to Dartmouth town but also just removed enough to be quiet. We especially loved being near to Dartmouth castle and the coves for swimming. The house itself has everything we needed and Paul was a great host. We’d stay there again without question.

Beautiful location within walking distance to town and coastal path virtually outside. Lovely terraces and balconies, very well equipped and very clean. Extremely comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated a really special place
WOW!
Wow. What a very special place this is. For a start it’s in a brilliant position overlooking the river in lovely Dartmouth. But there’s more to it than that - the house itself has been finished and furnished to a very high standard of both comfort and amenities. Everything worked easily and as you would expect. The layout is stylish and designed to make the most of all the views - and I’m sure the fire and downstairs tv snug would be lovely during an autumnal stay. On a practical note, off street parking in the immaculate garage is a big bonus and there are many wonderful dog walks (or just people walks!) straight from the door. Thanks to all involved in designing, presenting, cleaning and managing. An exceptional property.

The WOW Factor!
The house definitely had the wow factor. It is in a stunning location looking down the estuary to Dartmouth. The house is beautifully presented, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was plenty of parking, and walking into Dartmouth was an easy stroll. Paul was so helpful answering all our queries and was very responsive. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the beautiful property.
