• Bedroom 1 sits at the front of the house, offering a king-sized bed, a generous en suite, chest of drawers, and ample hanging space.
• Bedroom 2 features another king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, wardrobe, and glimpses of the sea through large opening doors that highlight the beautiful oak beams.
• Bedroom 3 is arranged as a twin but can be joined to create a super-king bed (requested at least seven days before arrival). It offers Velux windows, plenty of drawer and hanging space, and sits beside the family bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 includes a double bed, drawer storage, a Velux window, and shares the family bathroom with Bedroom 3.

The upper landing provides elevated views across the property and a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the craftsmanship of the oak structure.

Outside, the garden has been thoughtfully landscaped to create a peaceful haven. Please note, all duvets and pillows are feather, we ask that you bring your own should you be allergic and advise us in advance.

Young Children:
The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot.

Pets:
We welcome one well-behaved pet, please include in your booking and we ask that they are not left alone in the property or allowed on the furniture.

Extended Family:
Nestled along side we also have the privilege of being able to offer 'Wells Park Barn' which also sleeps unto 8 guests. Please enquire for further information.

The coastal town of Dartmouth, a fifteen-minute drive away, offers a plethora of annual events including Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).
