Nestled in the centre of one of the South Hams’ most desirable coastal villages, this detached home offers an exceptional base for exploring the region. Designed by award-winning local architects and built around a striking oak frame, it exudes warmth and personality throughout. The newly fitted handmade kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home, complete with an induction range and French doors opening onto the garden. The cosy sitting room offers further garden access and a wood-burning stove for relaxing evenings.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind:
- Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, generous en suite, chest of drawers, and ample hanging space.
- Bedroom 2: King-sized bed, en suite bathroom, wardrobe, and glimpses of the sea through large opening doors highlighting oak beams.
- Bedroom 3: Twin room (can be joined to a super-king on request at least seven days before arrival), Velux windows, and ample storage; adjacent to family bathroom.
- Bedroom 4: Double bed with drawer storage and Velux window; shares family bathroom with Bedroom 3.

The upper landing provides elevated views across the property and an opportunity to appreciate the craftsmanship of the oak structure.

Bedroom three is normally made as a ‘Twin’ but do specify when booking if you require it to be set as a ‘Super king’.

Bedding:
Please note, all duvets and pillows are feather, we ask that you bring your own should you be allergic and advise us in advance.

Young Children:
The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot.

Pets:
We welcome one well-behaved pet, please include in your booking and we ask that they are not left alone in the property or allowed on the furniture.

Extended Family:
Nestled along side we also have the privilege of being able to offer 'Wells Park Barn' which also sleeps unto 8 guests. Please enquire for further information.

South Devon is home to an action-packed events calendar. Tunes on the Sands is hosted annually on Blackpool Sands, a stone’s throw from the village.
