Beautiful home-away-from-home
Our weekend away in Dartmouth was very much enhanced by the very stylish (and clean!) Dart Loft. The location was perfect for exploring the town and river, and it was relatively straightforward to find somewhere to park while we unloaded the car. We’re already thinking about returning next year!

A beautifully appointed flat
Dart Loft was a beautifully appointed flat in the centre of Dartmouth, ideal for exploring the area, including with our new baby. For unloading, there are three 1 hour parking bays directly outside the property, which proved very handy on arrival. It is clearly a new property with almost everything you could need provided for and all good quality fixtures and fittings. However, a mirror and some furniture in the twin room would be useful, as the adult in that room had nowhere to unpack (hence 4 stars).

A Stylish, Vibrant Stay in the Heart of Dartmouth
I highly recommend this place — truly a home away from home.
The apartment is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful attention to every detail. The bedding and pillows offer a luxurious, hotel-like feel, and the kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality utensils and appliances.
We especially appreciated the lovely welcome pack, which included tea, coffee, sugar, jam — and even toys for the kids! The host was kind, responsive, and communicated excellently throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless.
The location is also a highlight — right in the vibrant heart of Dartmouth, with easy access to shops, cafés, and the waterfront.
The only minor downside is the number of stairs leading up to the apartment, which may be worth noting for guests with limited mobility.

The property is in a good location
The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee. Only feedback would be we couldn't find a hair dryer. Wish tea and coffee (even if a couple bags) were available instead of promoting a £45 hamper. And the communications had a bit more of a personal touch. It was clear it was a business (form filling prior to arrival, automated responses etc.) Despite these small things we would still recommend!
