Sleeping up to eleven guests across five bedrooms, Hawkins offers exceptional flexibility for families and groups. Two spacious king-size bedrooms occupy the first floor, while the upper floor provides two twin bedrooms and a family room featuring bunk beds and an additional single bed, making it particularly well suited to multi-generational holidays.

The first-floor bathroom features a beautiful freestanding slipper bath alongside a separate shower, while the second-floor bathroom offers both a bath and separate shower cubicle. Parking:
The garage will accommodate two standard sized cars. The dimensions are: 7ft High x 13ft 7" wide.

The main central car park located is just a ten minute walk from the property and can be controlled using the PaybyPhone App or alternatively, the Just Park app can offer local alternatives.

During the main season (May-September) the 'Park and Ride' offers the best solution with regular buses running through the day and drops/collects from the centre of town.

Dartmouth is an idyllic base for an escape to Devon. Enjoy stunning views from the banks of the River Dart as you stroll along the embankment. Wander the streets of independent shops, restaurants and cafés. Indulge in a boat trip on the River Dart, or catch the ferry and hop on the steam train.

Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, just five miles out from this idyllic property, where all-weather fun is guaranteed. With a mixture of rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, and even a toboggan run, you’re sure of a good day out.
