Two spacious king-size bedrooms occupy the first floor, while the upper floor provides two twin bedrooms and a family room featuring bunk beds and an additional single bed, making it particularly well suited to multi-generational holidays.

The first-floor bathroom features a beautiful freestanding slipper bath alongside a separate shower, while the second-floor bathroom offers both a bath and separate shower cubicle. Additional separate WCs on the ground and first floors add further convenience.

Parking:
The garage will accommodate two standard sized cars. The dimensions are: 7ft High x 13ft 7" wide.
The main central car park located is just a ten minute walk from the property and can be controlled using the PaybyPhone App or alternatively, the Just Park app can offer local alternatives.
During the main season (May-September) the 'Park and Ride' offers the best solution with regular buses running through the day and drops/collects from the centre of town.
Neighborhood
Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, just five miles out from this idyllic property, where all-weather fun is guaranteed. With a mixture of rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, and even a toboggan run, you’re sure of a good day out. Or why not step away from the shore and take a boat ride up to see the sights of the historic Greenway Holt, home of Agatha Christie.
