Pear Tree Lodge sleeps up to four guests across two well-appointed bedrooms. The peaceful master bedroom overlooks the garden and features a comfortable double bed with ample storage, while the twin bedroom at the front of the house offers flexible accommodation for family, friends or colleagues.

The family bathroom, positioned conveniently between the bedrooms, features a spacious walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing after beach days or long coastal walks. A second bathroom located in the separate utility room adds extra convenience during your stay.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Only one well-behaved small dog permitted. We do ask that it is not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture and you will need to bring your own dog towels, bed and bowls. Please pick up after your pet wherever whilst you are here.

Please Note:
Although this is a bungalow, there are 3 steps that lead down from the main entrance level to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

A short walk along the estuary will bring you to the town centre. Enjoy Kingsbridge’s excellent range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés available at your fingertips. The town is also home to an independent cinema and Leisure Centre, ideal for a rainy day.

The popular towns of Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes are nearby, wonderful for exploring rain or shine. The many famous sandy beaches are located a short drive away. Pack your bucket and spade, or surfboard, and be sure to check out the beautiful Bigbury Beach, Bantham, and South Milton Sands.

Pear Tree Lodge is also a stone’s throw from the South West Coast Path. Simply wander down to the estuary to join the path and explore the delights of the South Devon coastline by foot.
