Absolutely Amazing! We loved our stay at no.9, really spacious and very well equipped for our family. And not forgetting the most beautiful view, our boys loved watching the boats & steam train. We will definitely be back 🙂
We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. We also loved sitting outside on the patio in the evening sun in between dips in the hot tub. Pure luxury!! Woodlands adventure park just down the road and the location was brilliant for all the best South Hams beaches and towns. A simply wonderful stay will definitely be booking with YDE again especially if lodge 2 Dartmouth grove is free in the week we are! Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
I had a great few days staying at Alf Resco's captains cabin. The view was wonderful and accommodation was well equipped. The cafe below, offered a wide range of delicious food and the staff were very attentive. I will be returning again. Thank you.

Hi Paul, the family has a great week at Spindrift and this was the second time we visited. We know Thurlestone very well, having owned until recently, a second home in Thurlestone. The grandchildren loved everything and, as far as they are concerned we will be back next year. Please could you pencil us in for the same week, last in July, in 2026
Paul the host was fantastic. We checked in early which was great to be able to freshen up. Any request was attended to immediately. The breakfast was quality produce, fresh and cooked perfectly. We were on the first floor but that does mean 3 flights down to the cafe and 3 back up! This is easily overcome by walking around the back and up one flight only. You are 2 mins away from the harbour and right in the centre of town, no steep hills to climb. Lovely big opening windows in the bedroom. The only thing i feel could be improved would be a more supportive mattress as i suffer with my back (but i am fussy). This was overall a great value for money accommodation and i would highly recommend for a peaceful nights sleep.
Just back from an amazing stay at the galions quay house in dartmouth . Both the house and views were stunning and can highly recommend , the house had everything needed and was only a 20 minute sea view walk into the centre of dartmouth , and a 5 minute walk to dartmouth castle and a couple minutes more to the beautiful castle and sugary cove which is great for a swim . Great communication also with helpful information and will definitely use again .
Really lovely homely bungalow in a perfect location in Kingsbridge. We had perfect weather so spent a lot of time in the beautiful landscaped garden. Also within driving distance by distance of great beaches - South Milton, then a walk to Hope Cove, Slapton Sands; Although the narrow lanes and high hedges aren’t for the faint hearted!!! Used the bus from Kingsbridge bus station to Salcombe and the ferry back. Stunning place. Food great at The Warehouse and Pizza and beer and location great at The Crabshell!! We will be back!!! Thanks for a perfect week.
I highly recommend this place — truly a home away from home. The apartment is beautiful and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful attention to every detail. The bedding and pillows give a luxurious, hotel-like feel. Water pressure is excellent, and hot water is consistently available. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality utensils and appliances. We also appreciated the lovely welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, jam — and even toys for the kids! The host was kind and responsive, with excellent communication. Check-in was smooth and effortless. The only minor downside is the number of stairs leading up to the apartment — something to consider for those with limited mobility.
Beautiful property with enclosed garden, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. We had a great week here and would highly recommend staying here.

Clean, spacious, modern, easy. But the best bit? The most stunning views you’d ever want to wake up to. Who’s is the cat? Well worth the remote location and narrow lane commute.

We stayed at Paul's apartment for two nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was everything we needed in the apartment and it is an easy walk into the town. Dartmouth is a lovely place and a good base to travel to other areas in Devon. Paul was a great host and on the odd occasion we needed to communicate he was very friendly and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.
This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don't do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property. All rooms were tastefully decorated, large and many, especially the big conservatory, with its wide opening doors, have superb views of the South Hams hillsides. We wish we could have stayed for longer.
We’re now in our second year with Your Devon Escape and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Since they took over management of our letting rooms in Dartmouth occupancy has increased and customer satisfaction improved. Paul and his team are passionate and professional in their service delivery, as well as being very proactive in the digital marketing space. We’d highly recommend

Tremorvah is simply outstanding and was a delight to stay at with my 2 x senior parents. Our needs were met fully and the owners have thought of everything, even placing night lights in both bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well provided. Everything was exceptionally clean and homely. We can highly recommend and will ourselves be returning next year.
We've stayed at Stargazy twice now and very much hope to return again - it really is such an amazing property and we couldn't recommend it enough. It's in a fantastic location, the outside spaces offer views of the beach, the house is well-stocked and beds very comfortable. Communication is excellent throughout the booking process. We had an amazing stay at Stargazy! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the views of the sea and Burgh Island were stunning. The attention to detail was so special and we loved the hamper full of tea, coffee, bread, milk and butter. The ‘Stargazy Arms’ was definitely a highlight and we really enjoyed having a BBQ and drinks on the top deck. I would highly recommend booking this property, you will not be disappointed and we will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for a lovely stay ☺️
We had an amazing stay at the Stargazy Airbnb in Bigbury on Sea, we stayed for three nights and the property was exactly as described and pictured. It’s a stunning location, moments away from Bigbury beach, and the Airbnb was stunning. It had beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The outdoor barbecue space was particularly wonderful as was the living room with its panoramic glass sliding doors facing out to the sea - the views from the Airbnb were incredible. We were worried it was going to rain the whole time, luckily we had incredible, sunny weather so could enjoy local beaches, towns and the outdoor spaces at the property, but even if it had rained, the property is so stunning we would’ve enjoyed just hanging out indoors there with the beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and have recommended it to all our friends. Thank you for a great stay!
Ritson Farm is a lovely house situated in a rural, quiet location. We were a family of ten with ages ranging from 10 to 73 years. The house is very homely with plenty of space and is very well equipped for ten people. The outside area includes a patio and garden where it is nice to relax and enjoy the scenery listening to the birds. There are a couple of walking routes from the house through the woods and fields and it is in a perfect location to explore further afield in a car.
Blissful stay at Stargazy for our family of 5 was truly memorable. Spacious, comfortable interior with touch of relaxed luxury throughout really brought a home feel. The views are beautiful, the sunrise over the lounge decks was superb. Generous outdoor and indoor dining space treats with ample space and comfort. We only booked 3 nights this time for sake of easy access to the Bigbury beach and nature walks. Beautiful back garden with incredible rosemary landscape snuggles around the outdoor bar, great for rejuvenating and peaceful evening ( seagulls are part of the deal, though:) Overall outstanding and highly recommended. Thanks Paul
