Positioned just off the main road into the town, this is a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Located opposite the church and a ten-minute walk into the centre of Dartmouth, explore the selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants on your doorstep.
This recently renovated bungalow is accessible for all. The front of the property invites you to enter via a porch way that leads straight into the heart of the property, and main central hallway. On the left of the hallway, find the open-plan lounge and dining area. With a wall-mounted TV and enough seating for four guests comfortably, enjoy relaxing after a busy day. The dining table overlooks the garden and valley below, allowing you to enjoy a peak at Dartmouth without leaving the house. Adjacent to the dining area is the galley-styled kitchen fitted with everyone you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The kitchen will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack.
The bathroom is tastefully designed and decorated, fit with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink area. A starter supply of toilet rolls and hand soap available in the bathroom.
Both bedrooms are double rooms for extra comfort and sit side-by-side in the property. The larger of the two rooms is front facing with a king bed, and the second with a comfortable double. Both rooms offer a calm and relaxing feel, ideal if you’ve been on your feet all day exploring the surrounding area.
At the front of the property, there is fitted bench to enjoy an evening tipple as the sun goes down. At the rear of the property, the garden is divided into a nice hardwood patio and an Astro-turfed lawn. There is also the added luxury of a summer house, providing the children, or enthusiastic adults, a chance to hone their skills with a game of table football, just like the good old days!
There is a space for one car on the driveway and another on the roadside with the nearest Supermarket just a ten-minute walk away alongside local outdoor heated swimming pool.
