This recently renovated bungalow is accessible for all. Enter via a porch way, that leads straight into the heart of this comfortable Dartmouth property.
On the left, find the open-plan lounge and dining area. Home to a wall-mounted TV and enough comfortable seating for up to four guests, it is the perfect living area to relax in after a day of exploring. With the dining table overlooking the garden and valley below, enjoy views of the river and a peak at Dartmouth town centre without having to leave your accommodation.
Adjacent to the dining area is the galley-styled kitchen fitted with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The kitchen will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack.
Valley View offers two double bedrooms. The larger of the two is front facing with a king bed, and the second provides a comfortable double. Both rooms offer a calm and relaxing feel, ideal if you’ve been on your feet all day exploring the surrounding area.
The bathroom is tastefully designed and decorated, with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink area. A starter supply of toilet rolls and hand soap available in the bathroom.
The garden is located at the rear of the property. It is divided in two, offering a hardwood patio and an Astro-turfed lawn. Watch from the window as the children play or enjoy an evening tipple as the sun goes down over the valley.
There is also the added luxury of a summer house, providing your children, or enthusiastic adults, a chance to hone their skills with a game of table football, just like the good old days!
