Positioned just off the main road into the town, this is a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle.  Located opposite the church and a ten-minute walk from the centre of town, explore the selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants on your doorstep.

Cherish every moment with friends or family in this thoughtfully designed haven. Enter the heart of the property via a porch way.

On the left of the hallway, find the open-plan lounge and dining area.  The living spaces are designed with comfort in mind, with a wall-mounted TV and enough seating for four guests.  Large windows bathe the rooms in natural light, enhancing the airy and spacious feel of the home. The dining table overlooks the garden and valley below, allowing you to enjoy a peak at Dartmouth without leaving the house.

Adjacent to the dining area is the softly toned kitchen. The area is a blend of functionality and sophistication. Modern appliances provide everything needed for preparing lazy breakfasts and easy suppers. Nip into town for cheats and treats.

The bright and spacious hallway leads to the two neighbourly bedrooms. The master bedroom is front facing with a king-sized bed, neutral tone furnishings, and pops of colour on the walls. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with a similar design. Both rooms provide lots of natural light and offer a calm and relaxing feel, ideal if you’ve been on your feet all day exploring. The bathroom is tastefully designed and decorated, fit with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink area.

At the front of the property, there is fitted bench to enjoy an evening tipple as the sun goes down. Or at the rear of the property, the garden is divided into a nice hardwood patio and an Astro-turfed lawn.  There is also the added luxury of a summer house, providing the children, or enthusiastic adults, a chance to hone their skills with a game of table football, just like the good old days!

The nearest Supermarket just a ten-minute walk away, close to the local outdoor heated swimming pool.  Blackpool Sands is the closest beach, a five-minute drive (or a one-hour and a half walk away along the coast path) from this idyllic accommodation in Dartmouth.

Dartmouth offers a variety of attractions and activities on its doorstep.  Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, just five miles out, where all-weather fun is guaranteed. With a mixture of rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, and even a toboggan run, you’re sure of a good day out.

Or why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie, and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.  Turn your boat ride into an all day experience with the Round Robin, offering a steam train ride along the coast.

Dartmouth is an all year round destination hosting a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the October Dartmouth Food Festival (October).

Valley View is perfect if you are looking for accommodation in Dartmouth.  It would suit either a family, two couples or a small group of friends looking to enjoy what the town and the surrounding area has to offer.  Visiting Dartmouth is a must, so why not book Your Devon Escape today!
