Soft furnishings are provided from Easter to end of September. Outside of this period the furniture and chairs are 'naked'.

The property offers nearby access to the South West Coast Path. So, simply step out your front door to explore South Devon’s beautiful coastline. Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear to visit The Daymark and experience the beautiful views. The nearest beach is the aware winning Blackpool Sands and is just a ten minute drive by car.
