Just a short drive from the historic maritime town of Dartmouth and the South Hams’ award-winning beaches, this lodge balances comfort with convenience. The spacious open-plan living area is designed for sociable living, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a washer dryer and central island), a dining table for six, and a lounge with plush seating, an armchair, and a Smart TV.

Sleeping up to six guests, No. 8 Dartmouth Grove features three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV. The master includes a king-size bed, ensuite shower room, and patio doors leading to the terrace. The second king-size bedroom also benefits from terrace access, while the third offers twin beds – perfect for children or friends. A sleek family bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the accommodation.

Large bi-fold doors open onto the south-facing patio, complete with countryside views and outdoor dining furniture – the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine. Guests can also book a hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. (Please note: the hot tub must be booked at least 14 days in advance and carries an additional fee starting at £175 for 2-nights, rising by £25 per night thereafter. This must be paid before usage is confirmed.)

Guests at No. 8 Dartmouth Grove enjoy complimentary access to the hotel’s indoor swimming pool and clubhouse, plus exclusive 25% discounts on green fees, buggy hire, spa treatments, and gym use. With two dedicated parking spaces, your stay is stress-free from the moment you arrive.

The lodge has parking for up to two cars on site.

Hot Tub:
Add a Touch of Luxury!
Enhance your stay with the indulgence of a private hot tub – the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Devon countryside.
To ensure your hot tub is freshly prepared and fully compliant with the latest health and safety guidelines, advance booking is required (no later than two weeks before arrival).
- £175 for 2 nights
- £25 per night thereafter
This is an optional extra and must be paid in advance before usage can be confirmed. Guests who choose this upgrade can enjoy a perfectly prepared hot tub throughout their stay.
Please note: the hot tubs are prepared on the day of an arrival to allow for guests departing, this means that we can't guarantee that they will have reached the desired temperature by the usual check-in time and ask for your understanding in advance.

Rennovation Works:
Subject to future lodge purchases, there may be contractors on site during normal working hours. They will ensure that any noise is kept to a minimum and to respect guests at neighbouring lodges.

Facilities:
We advise that you book any use of the hotel facilities, spa treatment, golf etc as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
