Dan will be working closely with our Director, Brooke, who has successfully managed operations for over 10 years. Brooke’s experience, leadership and deep understanding of the day-to-day running of our holiday homes have been instrumental in shaping the high standards we’re known for today. Together, Brooke and Dan will be aligning strategy with operations ensuring growth never compromises quality.
Supported by our dedicated management and servicing team, this next phase is all about strengthening what we already do well and refining every touchpoint of the owner and guest journey. From expert marketing and bookings management to guest communication, property care and operational excellence, our goal remains the same: to deliver a seamless, professional and results-driven service.
