Willpower Fitness

Willpower Fitness is a functional fitness training facility in the South Hams.  Owned and run by experienced coach Will Wood, they cater for all in their well-equipped space.  They offer professional coaching in a welcoming environment, no matter your ability.  With classes available throughout the week and within a short driving distance of many of our properties, why not check it out on Your Devon Escape for a great workout.

Willpower Fitness provides unique and specialised programming for any individual wanting to improve their health and well-being.  The facility offers group classes throughout the week combining all elements of fitness, or 1-2-1 personal training sessions tailored to your needs.  Head to their website to find out more.

If you are heading to Devon in July, why not check out their FOUR AT WAR event.  It is a team competition for same sex fours hosted at the gym.  The aim of the event is to test all aspects of functional fitness including weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.  Teams take part in at least four workouts in its rural setting.   The categories for the event including Rx, Scales and Masters (40+).  To find out more, head to the event website and book something different for Your Devon Escape.
