Dartmouth Steam Railway steams through the glorious South Devon coastline, with the option of travelling on a steam train, boat or paddle steamer. Travelling seven miles along the South Devon coast and into the Dart Valley with all the delights of Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth and the River Dart, Kingswear and Totnes in one day.

This Zoo is part of South West Environmental Parks Ltd, owned by Wild Planet Trust which is a registered charity. With over 2,500 animals across 80 acres, you’re in for an exciting full day out. The UK’s largest aquarium, located in Plymouth and ran by the Ocean Conservation Trust. Hours can be spent watching the shark’s, jellyfish, and various other fish. The aquarium is Accessible Friendly and perfect for all age groups. With an indoor soft play area and plenty of engaging opportunities to learn and explore, a café and a gift shop to take a souvenir home. Offering themed events throughout the year, from talks to yoga to dining in the aquarium itself.

Pennywell Farm is a fun and popular day out for all the family and famous for its miniature pigs. From diggers to feedings the lambs, there is something for everyone. The farm sets out daily events, from egg collecting, pond dipping, piggy cuddles to pig racing.

Step into the stone age…
Kents Cavern is one of the most important Stone Age sites in Europe and one of Britain’s best showcaves! On your visit you’ll go back to a time when the cave was home to ancient humans, sheltering from extreme weather, making fires, shaping tools and hunting Ice Age animals. As you walk through the extensive labyrinth of caverns, you’ll be surrounded by 400-million-year-old rocks and spectacular stalagmites and stalactites, noticeable for its archaeological and geological features.
