The Brambles is a chic, self-contained annexe located in Barnstaple.  This newly decorated property is accessed via its own entrance, and is equipped with everything you might need for a romantic getaway, business trip or solo retreat.

The annexe is small, yet cosy, fit with a sleeping area, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

The living area is fit with a wall-mounted TV, perfect for a home-away-from-home and those cherished evenings in.

The kitchenette is fitted with a pull down table and chairs, microwave, toaster and fridge, and tea, coffee and milk will be provided.   The kitchenette will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack, providing you with all the essentials you might need for your visit.

The sleeping area comprises of a 6’4’ double bed, with linen and towels provided.  The en-suite is fit with a shower, sink and toilet. A starter supply of toilet rolls and hand soap will be available in the bathroom.

At the side of the property is your own private outdoor area complete with modern rattan-style seating and a table.  It is fit with a portable barbeque, perfect for evenings of watching the stars.

The Brambles is ideally located for reaching everything that North Devon has to offer.  Barnstaple town centre is located a twenty-mintue walk away, where you will find excellent restaurants and independent shops.  Exmoor and the North Devon coast are stone’s throw from the property, with the nearest beaches and dunes a short twenty-minute drive away.  There are some lovely golf courses in the area, try Saunton Golf Club or the Royal North Devon and Portmore Golf Park.

The property is a peaceful getaway, with a parking space, in a semi-rural setting.  It is a great place to start Your Devon Escape.
