You will find this peaceful annexe just outside the bustling town of Barnstaple in Devon.  It is small, yet cosy, with a sleeping area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, making it perfect for a getaway in North Devon.

This newly decorated property is accessed via its own entrance.  The living area has a wall-mounted TV, perfect for those cherished evenings in.

The kitchenette is fitted with a pull down table and chairs, microwave, toaster and fridge, and tea, coffee and milk will be provided.   The kitchenette will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack, providing you with all the essentials you might need for a holiday in North Devon.

The sleeping area comprises of a 6’4’ double bed with an en-suite shower room. Linen and towels are provided.  A starter supply of toilet rolls and hand soap will be available in the bathroom.

At the side of the property is your own private outdoor area complete with modern rattan-style seating and a table ideal for your North Devon holiday, along with a portable barbecue, perfect for evenings of watching the stars.

The Brambles is ideally located for exploring the local area on your holiday in North Devon.  Barnstaple town centre is located a twenty-minute walk away, where you will find excellent restaurants and independent shops.

Exmoor and the North Devon Coast are stone’s throw from the property, with the nearest beaches and dunes a short twenty-minute drive away. You are simply surrounded by natural beauty!

There are some lovely golf courses in the area, try Saunton Golf Club or the Royal North Devon and Portmore Golf Park.

Located just outside the hub of Barnstaple, this semi-rural setting is the perfect spot for a peaceful North Devon holiday.

"Great host and property. Fully equipped en-suite. You have sink in the room and a kitchenette section (fridge/microwave/toaster) ideal for working professionals. You have easily adjustable heating and super quick warming up in the evenings (probably well insulated), free parking, nice modern shower, dim lights (nice touch) and above all flooring instead of carpets which make it even better.
