Included is a free parking permit for the park & ride with busses every 10 minutes or so. There really is not any negatives tbh.
- **Chris** (5/5): This is a super location for accessing Dartmouth town centre and the view from the roof terrace is amazing\! The house has everything you need and is very well equipped. It makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Looking forward to our next visit\!

The house is very close to the town with all it's lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.
